Products from KEH are consistently better than described and the shipping is lightning-fast!

We're in IL and our daughter is in WV. When I buy photo items from other sources for her to use in her business, I have them sent to me for evaluation, then, I send them to her.

With KEH, I have them sent to her directly.

KEH is great. If the Canadian/American exchange rate was better, I would buy all of my gear from there.

Your pricing is the best on the net. The products that I received have always exceeded your rating. I have recommended KEH to all of my photography friends and they are now active buyers.

I purchased a used Canon 50D, the battery that came with the camera would not hold a charge. I called customer service and a replacement was sent without any hassle. The camera was as advertized, it is clean, and works well.

Overall, very satisfied with your services and the quality of the products. However, I'm a bit frustrated with your happy hour sales as they are in the middle of the day when many of us are busy at work and unable to participate. Perhaps pre-sale notification or different sale time slots would allow many to take advantage of the sales.

Received a good price for equipment sold to Keh, items I bought from Keh were better condition than stated. Will continue to buy or sell to Keh in the future.

I have bought several used lenses and miscellaneous supplies from KEH over the last 3 years. I feel that the grades assigned to the lenses are accurate. I have never had a problem with either the products I have purchased or the shipping. KEH also buys used equipment. You're not going to get close to retail for used equipment, but it's helpful when upgrading or buying new equipment.

Great selection, however I think your prices are too high and website is still too hard to navigate

I am disappointed that you run online adds offering a 15% discount only to have them register as expired once I attempt to purchase the item. Overall I am not impressed by your new (1+ yr old) website.
