Sure enough, as I can tell you, the site is a fraudulent store with an adorable look and that's all it is.

Firstly, sells bootlegged anime/game figures for way much more than they're actually worth.

Secondly, the owners of this site steals images of various artists on Etsy and uses them to advertise the products on their site.

There isn't much more to say but, however, if you value your time and money, don't use this site, you'll be ripped off.

I ordered around the Christmas holidays (2019). My item failed customs inspection, was sent back to the seller, and the one time I got a response back from Katy Craft they said they would contact their post office.

I have written them several times, and only twice got a response, which was not helpful.

They're number does not work in the United States.

On my account it says my order was fulfilled, but I never received it nor did I ever get a refund.

Do not waste your money on this horrible business!

The hair removal device I bought is not that advertised, it appears to be a cheap copy. It can't be charged as the port and surrounding plastic casing don't line up!
I've requested a refund, don't bother buying from them.

This item was a total scam and nothing as expected! The chain was of very cheap and low quality as it broke within minutes of wearing.The chain was also very light and not heavy as described in the description.The same chain was found on eBay of a much cheaper price. I would not recommend buying this item at all as this is a total scam and waste of your money! The colour doesn't even look gold in real as it looks more of a pink. Pictures don't do justice as this item is a whole catfish!

Absolute joke of a site. Ordered a pillow 2 weeks ago, said it would only take 2-3 days to arrive but it hasn't even arrived in the UK yet. I contacted then and they sent me an email saying...

This website looks decent and legitimate, but please don't be fooled. I ordered my husband a Tour de France poster but the print was awful quality and we soon realised that all the names were spelt wrong. It was so bad we couldn't put it up. Even Bradley Wiggins and Chris Froome were spelt wrong. I contacted Katy Craft and they said that if I returned it to them they would refund me. I paid the postage to return it and they've ignored me since. Absolutely awful company, selling dodgy goods. Please do not risk it!

I purchased a unique wooden keyboard from this company, firstly not sure when it would arrive as there was no timeframe for postage and no option to pay extra for fast postage.
After two weeks I followed up on this and was told it had been dispatched, when asking for a tracking number I was told there was delays, after a further two weeks of back and forth with the same issues they would not provide an update until I advised I would look to write reviews on any site I could find about my experience, they then issued a full refund after 5 weeks since my original purchase, I am not very happy as I didn't want a refund I simply wanted the item I ordered and was mislead and diverted for weeks whenever I tried to query where my item was.

Please, don't buy anything from this company.

I bought a robot vacuum cleaner nearly £39 after long waiting I received a rubbish plastic toy bobot vacuum cleaner.

Ordered a fish light for my lovely husbands birthday. It arrived late. Absolute junk. Did not work and fell apart. Never answered emails. Please stay clear and don't waste your time or money

I bought the facial cleanser which doesnt work, even through trialing several batteries, I contacted them several times to explain and heard nothing back, not even an apology

They clearly only show the positive replies on their website

I bought a bird bath waited for it for weeks for it but never went through customs (united kingdom) but got sent back to the company! Never received a refund a complete scam! Never buy from this company! There scum

They try not to refund you, so make sure to use PayPal, if you are stupid enough to buy from them.
