I ordered around the Christmas holidays (2019). My item failed customs inspection, was sent back to the seller, and the one time I got a response back from Katy Craft they said they would contact their post office.
I have written them several times, and only twice got a response, which was not helpful.
They're number does not work in the United States.
On my account it says my order was fulfilled, but I never received it nor did I ever get a refund.
Do not waste your money on this horrible business!
