Seemed like a great deal as the reviews were all positive and was a good price too. It arrived after 2 weeks and did not have any instructions which was fine but also has no extractor hole, so it goes around my floor but does not pick anything up at all unfortunately, not even tiny crumbs, nothing. Very flimsy, no idea how it would mop anything up. I looked at the reviews again and the photos aren't even the same product. I'm sure they're all fake. I've messaged them for a refund but doubt I'll get anything back

When I came upon this it was a winner... when I took it home and showed a friend it started a chain reaction and at last count 18 of my friends bought one too! The exact one! It's cheaper then a baseball bat and much more effective. I recommended this to all my friends and they got one too! The batteries go in the mid-handle area in a pop out frame 3 AAA's. It comes without instructions.

This item was a total scam and nothing as expected! The chain was of very cheap and low quality as it broke within minutes of wearing.The chain was also very light and not heavy as described in the description.The same chain was found on eBay of a much cheaper price. I would not recommend buying this item at all as this is a total scam and waste of your money! The colour doesn't even look gold in real as it looks more of a pink. Pictures don't do justice as this item is a whole catfish!

I just received this eye cream and instantly noticed the difference. All the little lines around my eyes and the puffiness under has been minimized and I instantly look and feel younger. I just ordered the Vitamin C Serum and Anti-aging Retinol Moisturizer as well, can't wait to try them as well...Thanks so much for making a quality and affordable product that actually does exactly what you say it does.

This website looks decent and legitimate, but please don't be fooled. I ordered my husband a Tour de France poster but the print was awful quality and we soon realised that all the names were spelt wrong. It was so bad we couldn't put it up. Even Bradley Wiggins and Chris Froome were spelt wrong. I contacted Katy Craft and they said that if I returned it to them they would refund me. I paid the postage to return it and they've ignored me since. Absolutely awful company, selling dodgy goods. Please do not risk it!

Absolute joke of a site. Ordered a pillow 2 weeks ago, said it would only take 2-3 days to arrive but it hasn't even arrived in the UK yet. I contacted then and they sent me an email saying...

Like many of you, I was hesitant to buy a beard brush straightener. After receiving this product, I Immediately plugged in this bad boy to see if it could tame this manly beard of mine. I often have straggley beard hairs which does not look professional. Within minutes, I had neighbors peeking in my windows to try and sneak a peek, not only of my rocking bod but my phenomenal beard that is now straight and tame: Due to the extreme clean straight look, I get laid more often now. Highly recommend

My niece really likes this watch. It has many useful features. It can be a watch, a cell phone, a camera, SOS and games. It's like a cell phone, but on a watch. It is a very cool gadget for children. I found it easy to discover all the functions without using the menu. The design is also very modern. With so many features, the size and weight are also perfect. She has been using it for two weeks and the battery life is excellent. The straps have a smooth rubber feel that does not pull or pull on your skin. I feel that for the price and function it is a great value.

Made order, no correspondence except from Paypal which had a private e-mail as the account name my money was going to. Now cancelled everything and trying to stop paypal paying them.
Why are n't these sites banned in the UK, if they are not registered to trade in the UK- then paypal, Pay after Delivery should be just that

I bought my daughter what was described as an LED Tablet - ‘Draw with Light' It cost £23.95 plus p&p. I received a piece of shiny cardboard and a pen. The company are fraudsters and are marketing themselves in a European style (British) on their website but are based in Vietnam. They are mis advertising their products and taking money for a product which isn't as described. This company should be made to cease trading within the UK. You would get better value at Poundland!

I ordered around the Christmas holidays (2019). My item failed customs inspection, was sent back to the seller, and the one time I got a response back from Katy Craft they said they would contact their post office.

I have written them several times, and only twice got a response, which was not helpful.

They're number does not work in the United States.

On my account it says my order was fulfilled, but I never received it nor did I ever get a refund.

Do not waste your money on this horrible business!

I admit I was a little doubtful - however, two days after receiving this, I got up with the sciatic nerve pain on a day I had to work on the hard terrazzo floors all day. I was amazed that even at the end of the day I felt better than when I got up. By the time I had worn it two days in a row, the pain was gone, and has not yet recurred. Highly recommend!

I love this. It's so good! I have very frizzy hair and it's thick. These are amazing at getting it straight. It doesn't leave my hair as sleek as my GHDs do but for throwing up in a pony it takes the frizz out and leaves it much more manageable. The money we'll spend!

Ordered a fish light for my lovely husbands birthday. It arrived late. Absolute junk. Did not work and fell apart. Never answered emails. Please stay clear and don't waste your time or money

First impression: The box is smaller than I thought. And it was extremely light. Once put together, it was just about the size I expected it to be. So, the packaging was superb on their part. This is going everywhere. And then we realized the sink faucet flows?! The toddler loves this

Please, don't buy anything from this company.
The products are rubbish and like plastic toys.

I bought a robot vacuum cleaner nearly £39 after long waiting I received a rubbish plastic toy bobot vacuum cleaner.
I send it back and paid £17 back to China and I haven't received my money back at all
Please report this company to the police its criminal.

Wish I had researched this company before ordering. Bought my daughter a hair curler for Christmas cost around £40, didn't realise it would come from China. Order placed 21.12.22, received 19.1.23 in poor condition. Looked like a previously used product/returned item that had been very badly re-packed in a damaged box and packaging. The curling part was thick with dust it would need a thorough clean before use, despite being packed in a bag inside a box...! Emailed them straight away...they claimed they would refund the item but despite many emails they are adamant that I have to pay to send it back even though they sent me poor quality possibly used goods! Still in dispute...AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I bought a product here and it's great. It was completely worth my waiting time. I will come back to buy the product.

I ordered a figure from this place, but they took so long to process it that I canceled my order. When I attempted to contact them via the email they offer on their site, I got a failed to deliver email from gmail. Luckily I do everything through PayPal, so I contacted them through there asking for a refund. They immediately responded and refunded my money.

Very satisfied, good product the same as in the photos, shipped in 10 days with a tracking number, well packaged and it works very well. Thanks to the seller.

Bought a smart watch, it didn't work, customer services did their best to frustrate me into giving up by endlessly asking for videos and pictures of the broken product, over and over again, until eventually they said that they would give a 50% refund if I paid the return postage, or a 30% refund without posting it back. Cheap products but not worth the risk and bother!

Great in my car and very comfy. When it gets a bit flattened, pop it in washing machine...washes a treat and comes up like new

Description and reviews are fake. I was sent a useless piece of plastic that doesn't vacuum or mop. Avoid this website at all costs.
