These were described as lit with 8 modes, needing batteries. What I received you can see were made of plastic with no lights and nowhere to put batteries. If I don't get a refund I'll be opening a charge back claim with my bank

Wish I had researched this company before ordering. Bought my daughter a hair curler for Christmas cost around £40, didn't realise it would come from China. Order placed 21.12.22, received 19.1.23 in poor condition. Looked like a previously used product/returned item that had been very badly re-packed in a damaged box and packaging. The curling part was thick with dust it would need a thorough clean before use, despite being packed in a bag inside a box...! Emailed them straight away...they claimed they would refund the item but despite many emails they are adamant that I have to pay to send it back even though they sent me poor quality possibly used goods! Still in dispute...AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

My money gone no product received. They are scammer. Please be aware of this Katy craft! I ordered a car seat never received it now they are saying contact post office it's not their responsibility and no refund

I just received this eye cream and instantly noticed the difference. All the little lines around my eyes and the puffiness under has been minimized and I instantly look and feel younger. I just ordered the Vitamin C Serum and Anti-aging Retinol Moisturizer as well, can't wait to try them as well...Thanks so much for making a quality and affordable product that actually does exactly what you say it does.

I'm impressed. I was skeptical. I mean, it just sounds too good to be true, right? I read every review and was still on the fence, and because you may be too, I am writing this review. First of all, it does work. You will see a noticeable difference in how your waist looks and how you feel. My father noticed the difference immediately after not seeing me for a week, exclaiming,"You've lost weight!"

Bought a knife for £30+ and it is described as stainless steal. With in one month it was heavily rusting and they refused to refund the item. Wish I had researched the company before as this seems to be a pattern. They sell garbage advertised as quality.

I love this. It's so good! I have very frizzy hair and it's thick. These are amazing at getting it straight. It doesn't leave my hair as sleek as my GHDs do but for throwing up in a pony it takes the frizz out and leaves it much more manageable. The money we'll spend!

First impression: The box is smaller than I thought. And it was extremely light. Once put together, it was just about the size I expected it to be. So, the packaging was superb on their part. This is going everywhere. And then we realized the sink faucet flows?! The toddler loves this

I admit I was a little doubtful - however, two days after receiving this, I got up with the sciatic nerve pain on a day I had to work on the hard terrazzo floors all day. I was amazed that even at the end of the day I felt better than when I got up. By the time I had worn it two days in a row, the pain was gone, and has not yet recurred. Highly recommend!

I place an order for an item which had 6 variants, one picture showed infrared. I placed an order BUT stated in notes area that l wanted infrared model.
L know it would have been more expensive and thought they would contact me. The model l received did not have infrared. It also did not work properly no variation in speed or intensity. I have have several email conversation without resolution. I requested return and refund to be told they would give me a label to return it and l would have to pay return postage. Postage UK to China would be similar to cost of item!

Absolute scam of a company. 100% fake reviews in their site. Selling rubbish. I tried to return the face mask and was offered a refund and then a day later, they said no refund, case closed. I wish I had seen this site for reviews as I would never have went near the site.

Like many of you, I was hesitant to buy a beard brush straightener. After receiving this product, I Immediately plugged in this bad boy to see if it could tame this manly beard of mine. I often have straggley beard hairs which does not look professional. Within minutes, I had neighbors peeking in my windows to try and sneak a peek, not only of my rocking bod but my phenomenal beard that is now straight and tame: Due to the extreme clean straight look, I get laid more often now. Highly recommend

My niece really likes this watch. It has many useful features. It can be a watch, a cell phone, a camera, SOS and games. It's like a cell phone, but on a watch. It is a very cool gadget for children. I found it easy to discover all the functions without using the menu. The design is also very modern. With so many features, the size and weight are also perfect. She has been using it for two weeks and the battery life is excellent. The straps have a smooth rubber feel that does not pull or pull on your skin. I feel that for the price and function it is a great value.

Made order, no correspondence except from Paypal which had a private e-mail as the account name my money was going to. Now cancelled everything and trying to stop paypal paying them.
Why are n't these sites banned in the UK, if they are not registered to trade in the UK- then paypal, Pay after Delivery should be just that

This place does NO returns or refunds! At best they ask you to return your unwanted item to China! Well overpriced and misleading product! Will NEVER shop here again! Or my friends!

I bought my daughter what was described as an LED Tablet - ‘Draw with Light' It cost £23.95 plus p&p. I received a piece of shiny cardboard and a pen. The company are fraudsters and are marketing themselves in a European style (British) on their website but are based in Vietnam. They are mis advertising their products and taking money for a product which isn't as described. This company should be made to cease trading within the UK. You would get better value at Poundland!

Bought a smart watch, it didn't work, customer services did their best to frustrate me into giving up by endlessly asking for videos and pictures of the broken product, over and over again, until eventually they said that they would give a 50% refund if I paid the return postage, or a 30% refund without posting it back. Cheap products but not worth the risk and bother!

Seemed like a great deal as the reviews were all positive and was a good price too. It arrived after 2 weeks and did not have any instructions which was fine but also has no extractor hole, so it goes around my floor but does not pick anything up at all unfortunately, not even tiny crumbs, nothing. Very flimsy, no idea how it would mop anything up. I looked at the reviews again and the photos aren't even the same product. I'm sure they're all fake. I've messaged them for a refund but doubt I'll get anything back

When I came upon this it was a winner... when I took it home and showed a friend it started a chain reaction and at last count 18 of my friends bought one too! The exact one! It's cheaper then a baseball bat and much more effective. I recommended this to all my friends and they got one too! The batteries go in the mid-handle area in a pop out frame 3 AAA's. It comes without instructions.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the Katycraft website. This is a reputable and trustworthy shopping address. I will continue to support this website in my next purchases.
