I ordered a silver wig. They sent the wrong color. They offered me a 20% reduction in price to keep the wrong-colored wig. I wanted a silver wig. I have no desire to use this other wig and will throw it away. They Do NOT honor their policy to return and make you happy. The wig was very nice... but as I said they sent the wrong color. That was their mistake, not mine. They should send me the wig I ordered and take this one back!
