I placed an order on july 18th. I sent messages from 18th to 29th on tracking info before i got a response from anyone. Timing of package was too long asked for a refund was told that it was processed on july 30th. August 5th asked for refund time line was not responded to until August 10th. Advised of 8 to 14 days. Contacted company on August 18th advised that it was not processed on the 30th of July but instead on the 10th of August. That it would the 25th at the latest counting only business days. No refund for the 25th also no response from anyone from company. It is August 26th still no response. I believe im getting the run around. No product.no service. No refund.

I bought my dresses with them and it came like 2 weeks, i called their CS and was asking why take it sooo long! I was so angry! And almost call my paypal to do the dispute. But than its true it came like 2 weeks in total start from when i order. And their CS very nice! I really love my dresses! The quality is very good. Their price is very affordable and i bought 3 Dresses and its FREE shipping! Only my suggest is if u want to wear to the event make sure u order ur dress 2 weeks before so it will come in time. Now me and my family plan to order again with them cos their quality is the best!

I ordered a dress 28 days ago, and it still has not come! They charged my account the day I placed an order and I've constantly been trying to contact them but they are not answering. I am so disappointed, I really hope I'm not getting scammed... I am from the USA, Pennsylvania and I asked for a few alterations so I expect it to take a bit longer, but no contact to me? It seems really sketchy. I am trying to stay hopeful but I think I should just give up and call it what it is: a scam.

I bought aliyah jumpsuit here and i got in total 8 days. While my friend bought matilda dress and got it in like 2 weeks. I reached them and ask what happend. They said, its because my friend wrote the address not complete ( no apt number and always cant be reach) while i wrote everything complete. I guess they based overseas so when order with them need to be detail with address. I love my jumpsuit! Its totally made my day by anyone stop to only ask me where i got my cape jumpsuit. Everyone looking at me at the party! I will buy more! Check out my pictures everyone! Lol!

I remembered 3 years ago for my wedding, me and my family also my bestie choosed this company for the bridesmaids dresses. They did awesome work! Only at that time i am a little upset because some of dresses came too long. Like if my girls even wear 5 inches heels still too long, i complain & shocked because when other company dont response to issue they response in less 5 hours to my email and they gave me $5/discount on each dress have issue with length. And 3 yrs later yes now 2020! I choosed them again for my babyshower dress! Which is i loveeeeeeeeeee. Size are best. Length also best. And my dress the color is white but is not at all transparant! And if 3 yrs ago they use totally slow shipping. But now they changed ( finally) they used DHL and i got my package only in 8 days! If any suggestion i should write for this company is please use many models on their website. So we can see these dresses in many different models no matter which shape we are! I attached my picture here when i wore my dress. Also this company is BLACK OWNED i am sure. *******% sure. I do my research. And that makes me confident to always shop with them!

I've called, written emails, inbox on Instagram. Not one reply, no dress, no refund. It's been 4 months now.

I ordered from them for an event. Me and my ladies paid for 8pcs kaftans, they offer FREE shipping for up to 3pcs order. Which is was OK. We are very nervous since they based in Dubai, and we based in the states. The CS very nice even they replied late, maybe because the time difference but they do replied. We are very nervous about quality. Waiting like 10 - 11 days to get my package made my day even very stress. I am really scared when i got the package and quality not ok and ive to return and not enought time etc etc. But after i got my package, i am very happy! Also the ladies! The beads very beautiful, its very unique! Material is thick and nice. The only problem when ordering something from them is only shipping, we not sure where they based but if order with them dont wish u will get ur package in a week. It always like 10 - 12 days. But since quality very nice, and material very good. Its all worth the wait. Thanks

My friends ordered their dresses alot here. I checked their website and i was there like 1 hour, so confused. All of them are amazing! I can't believe the price also! To change color and custom they even charge 0$ or totally free? I ordered solange and asked to change color to light purple. And they got it right. Thank you so much! Order number #*******, #******* and #******* i bought in total 15 dresses for christmas this year! They took 1 day to reply my email, not sure where they based, but they gave me aramex tracking number and once i search, its based in Dubai. I kept my eyes on the tracking like almost everyday. THANK YOU GOD! It came today! GOD GOOOOOD I LOVE IT SO MUCH! Actually me and all of my family member i am sure will love these dresses like sooo much. The Beads is heavy, the material not too thick and also not too thin, it is just right. Their shipping is not express but it is not bad at all. From dubai to here, i am based in Florida. And it took in total 13 days only. Thank you so much, i will def sent the pictures of me and my family wearing these dresses. I wish i can get repost on their instagram. Lol! And i tried wine velvet dress i bought from them and tried to upload pic here i wish people can see how gorg my dress! I am sooo happy. I am actually dancing while write this reviews!

I got my package today and what can i say is everything sooooo perfect! The only problem i have is i am 5'6 and the dress like super longgggg, but thats fine its still pretty tho! I will wear this for my event and i am pretty sure everyone will staring at me, my best friend asked me where i got my dress but i will not tell anyone about it, lols :D. thank you! Package came in 9 or 10 days i forgot via dhl. I will purchase more thx youu
