I recently ordered a pair of what I thought was a great-looking pair of shoes. Upon receipt, I discovered that they were in appearance everything I had hoped for. THEN THE BUBBLE BURST. The smell of creosote was so strong that I couldn't even have them in the house. I took them out to my workshop to air out, and after 2 weeks I still can't use my shop because of the STINK.
I contacted their customer support and have received NO RESPONSE!

They lead you to believe that they are USA the shoes are not Leguano Shoes barefoot but they are hard and nasty they have a return policy but won't return they will give you $5.00 and it has taken me since December 2 to get these shoes and to find out they lied BEWARE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SITE

Offered me a $4 refund if I would give the shoes I got (and don't like) to charity. This is NOT a reputable company. Stay away.

Ads for this site are IMPOSED on Yahoo... when viewing mail. An ad for a sandal seemed pretty good and worth looking into. I found the site and the sandal... but WHILE VIEWING IT, I saw a better deal offer. So, I brought that up and placed it in a cart. Entering the cart, I was told in writing that "Shipping would be calculated and added at checkout." But as I viewed my cart - considering the purchase - the price changed. I was kind of taken back... but then it changed again, now almost +60% over what I placed in the cart. I contacted them and was told (in both English and Chinese) that the difference was SHIPPING. That was the sole explanation. So, I went back and placed a "bundle" in a cart. Again/Still, the site said "Shipping will be calculated and added at Checkout" - a point where I have NOT yet gone. The "bundle" was a pair of sandals/shoes; once again, as I considered the purchase, the price changed. Before I ever got to checkout, the price changed yet again and was now MORE THAN THE REGULAR PRICE OF EACH SHOE combined... more than double what I placed in my cart - AND I STILL HAD NOT YET GOT TO "checkout." I would think twice before giving this site ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION, or doing business with them.

Bought booties for a Christmas gift on Dec 7,2023. Came 1 month later in Jan. 24. Won't accept return!

Buyer beware, takes forever to ship. Low quality product. Poor sizing. NO customer service, shop there at your own risk.

WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Can't post pictures as I STOLL don't have what I ordered.
