There web site state 3 to 7 business days to process order. That is not true. I've been waiting over 16 business days and have sent them several emails and no response on my order. Ordered same shoes on Amazon and received them in 3 days. Kaegreel is a scam to obtain your money.
I thought I researched Kaegreel well, yet I was sadly disappointed when it ended up being a Chinese lie that it was in Portugal. Shoes stink, too small, and when I tried to cancel before they shipped, they lied and stated shipped. No way to return. No phone number. I filed a report with the FTC.
Bought 2 pairs of men's shoes that didn't fit at all. Their sizing chart is for Chinese men. I wanted to return the shoes for a refund and was informed that I could get a discount if I purchased 2 more pairs. The return of products to China is virtually impossible. You may pay more for the postage than the value of the goods and find out that the items never made it to the company you sent them to. The company denies they received them, which means you never get a refund. So now you are out the cost of goods + return shipping. Learnt my lesson the hard way. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE CHINA.
The shoes took a month to arrive. They came taped up in a bag with no box or packing material. That was two red flags. As soon as I felt them I could tell they weren't waterproof, all-weather, outdoor shoes as advertised. They were soft slippers that would obviously soak up water like a sponge. And I tried them on and they were way too big for men's 11s.
I knew right away that I didn't want them. So I emailed them to arrange to return both pairs, and they tried to offer me exchanges, and discount coupons. I was persistent and polite but they refused to give me a refund of the purchase price. Hopefully they go out of business before they scam too many more customers!
Kaegreel might be a reputable company given the "fashionable" pics of their shoes. BUT—-obviously from every single customer review, they are a purely predatory business. The pics are evidently bogus—not representative at all of what the buyer actually receives! Kaegreel shouldn't be allowed to advertise, or sell a shoelace, in this country and should be fined for false advertising. I'm wondering if the FTC could step forward to at least keep Kaegreel from running newspaper ads (where I first saw their name and product)?
Was told 2-3 weeks for my order to arrive. Its been over three weeks and multiple emails to this company go unanswered. Of course my shoes have not arrived. I have asked the payment company to put a stop order on the payment.
Made and shipped from China. The note from customer service is actually poor service. They accept zero responsibility for delivery… long delivery time of up to 35 days?

Horrible quality product and horrible customer service. The barefoot boots I purchased have a manufacturing defect and Kaegreel won't cover return shipping cost despite their return policy clearly stating that they will! They keep trying to tell me they don't pay when a customer simply doesn't like the product. I sent them a photo showing the defect (heel is slanted which isn't normal at all) but they refuse to honor their return policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Choose a reputable company instead.
Order Jan. 10th, 2024 - it is now Feb. 12th and still haven't received my order - no way to communicate with them. Promised 10-17 days delivery - when I didn't received within the time frame I tried to cancel my order - said they could because it had already shipped! That was two weeks ago! I can't judge the product because I never received it and can't get my money refunded!
On December 5th I ordered men's slippers as a Christmas gift. The payment was made and funds withdrawn from my bank account on the same day. No customer service phone numbers could be found so sent e-mail on January 8th. Several days later I received a reply - no apology or explanation - telling me my order would ship shortly and to "be patient". Are you kidding me?! On January 24th I e-mailed telling them to cancel the order and refund my money. The order was delivered on January 25th. NEVER AGAIN! From my experience Kaegrel floats their business on customer payments without timely delivery. They need to wake u and realize their competition delivers in 1-4 days - for free!
Their sizing is way off. When you order your typical size, it is really small. When you try to show them their size is too small as I did when I sent them a picture or their size 10 compared to a size 9 UGG boot whereby their boot was much smaller, they claimed I ordered the wrong size and told me I had to pay the return shipping to CHINA. Further, I try not to order from China. Their website makes your believe you are ordering a US product which is likely a FTC violation. This company is a total fraud. Do NOT order from them.
It takes days for Kaegreel Customer Service to respond. They use that as a reason to claim waited more than 24 hrs to cancel. Then they tried to sell me something else. Finally agreed to provide a refund in 7 buisness days. Now well beyond 7 days, no refund and Kaegreel Customer Service will not respond.
Been over a month since my order; have sent 3 emails (no phone) and not one reply other than 'auto-reply'. Was billed as soon as I ordered but not one update.
I ordered women's ankle boots, pictures looked like a quality product. Arrived late, shipped in a postal plastic bag, lining is cheap fluff like you find on costumes, sole is hard as a rock. Guess I'm luckier than others, mine are correct size, I can use them to walk up driveway to get the paper, that's about it! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered shoes in November for Christmas, but never arrived. The charge showed up on my credit card. There is no phone number to call them and they don't reply to my email.
They were slow shipping. Shoes came with no packing slip. I can't even find the size anywhere on the shoe. Obviously a cheap Chinese hunk of junk. There's $45 down a rat hole ( no offense to rats)
I ordered boots, they took over a month to arrive, They were the wrong color and did not fit. Contacted customer services 5 times, no response. Company is Impossible to do business with. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KAEGREEL!
Paid over $60.00 including delivery charge and never received the product.
They do good marketing, but never deliver.
Absolutely terrible company. They take your money and hide in China. They don't respond and if they do it's with a fake tracking number. The fcc should shut them down. Do not waste your money
I suggest you to stay away from this company.
They won't answer your emails, they won't fulfill your request to cancel the order, and it will take ages for the item to arrive.
