The advertisement from which I ordered the shoes was enticing, but did not really provide full information. I ended up getting the wrong size, and when I tried to return them, I learned that I would have to pay for the cost of sending them back, and would only be refunded $4! They suggested that I give them to a friend, and told me tha they don't really make much money in this business. I can understand why. I wish I had read the reviews in advance.

Purchased a pair of anckle high boots, received them with a puncture hole in left boot. Emailed company many times, they told me to keep them or sell them or give them away and they would credit me $6 and give me 20% off on next purchase, then offered $8 credit & 25% off next purchase, then $10 off and 30% off next purchase all the time I told them I wanted my $ refunded and I'll send boots back. I paid for shipping to U.S. so I'm out shipping and cost of boots. They now say, ship boots back at my expense, make sure to follow detailed directions and "IF" we receive boots correctly we will then refund purchase price less shipping. Would you trust them?
Never again would I buy from Kaegreel. Also, cheep material, sizing is small.

Purchased two boots. One for myself and one for my husband. My husband is disabled. I was looking for a low cut warm and treaded boot. However, they did not work for him. Even after explaining all of this, they would not give a full refund.

Have not received my order in 2 months. Excuses, excuses, excuses about lost/wrong address, blah, blah, blah. Constant loop of no help. Then pawned me off on a disreputable shipping company they use called Piggy Express. Another scam company. Stay as far away from both companies as you can. Two months of constant communication and no help.

WARNING; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! After waiting 3 weeks without receiving, I requested a refund. They kept trying to get me to accept a discount and keep them. I tried to explain that I hadn't received them. This went on until I received them, and now they're saying I have to pay post back to China because I received them!

These shoes /slippers/dog chew toys are unusable, even as chew toys. There is horrible chemical off-gassing. So bad, that we woke up the next morning feeling nauseous. They said this is normal, and to leave them outside to air out. Really? They are the flimsiest foot coverings I've ever seen, and look nothing like on the website. I wear size 11 - 11 1/2. I was planning to wear these outside without socks, so I ordered size 10, which should have been tight, per their size chart. I think if I had ordered size 11 1/2, that they would be too big for Shaquille O'Neal!

I've since had to file a dispute with my credit card company because they just won't initiate a refund.

Do yourself a favor, and shop somewhere else.

Ordered two pair of shoes in good faith. Used their size chart. Shoes arrived and were way too big. Wrote to ask for refund and was offered a refund of $8.

This company should be shut down by the fraud department of the Attorney General's office of the state of New York.

The worst experience with customer service EVER! If the shoes do not fit, they expect you to return to China completely at your cost (including getting the package through Customs). They keep offering you discounts instead but NEVER answer you when you ask how to apply the discounts! Also, suggesting you to give the shoes you do not want to a friend or family member. RIDICULOUS! I'll be reporting them to the BBB and giving the most negative reviews on every website I can find on the internet! STAY AWAY!

I can't believe I have been waiting for ny boots still sitting in the warehouse in Queens NY no number sane email when you request to speak with someone. I reported them to the BBB unbelievable I believe this nay be a scam! HORRIFIC SERVICE! Not worth it overseas sucks!

This place is a scam! Ordered a pair of shoes and never received them. I constantly email them and they give me bogus excuses. First time it was they did not have my address. Then they told me they could not ship my shoes because they undercharged me for shipping and handing of 18 cents. Do not order from this place!

I placed an order online Kaegreel and cancel within 10-15mins. They first wanted to work with me to exchange my order, which I did not request. I requested that it be cancelled. They waited 24 hrs to tell me that it was too later. It was not to late. They sent me two email replied before telling me it was too late to cancel. This is horrible customer service and a company that is only out for our money instead of having a satified customer. I will definitely return the item once it arrives. They do not deserve to get my money. Do not buy from the company if customer service is important to you. I should have checked their reviews prior to making the purchase. Plus you can buy the same items on Amazon for one half of the price.

Customer service is horrible/nonexistent. Stay far away! Once they have your money they will not help you. I would give zero stars if I could.

Don't buy from this company. They are a total scam. They are not even from the US. They are a scam company from China. I received a pair of shoes that were the wrong size. When I requested a refund, they said they would give me $5 from the $69 order. Totally ridiculous!

Don't be a fool and buy any products from this Chinese company. The shoe quality is cheap, the size chart is so skewered that you will be guaranteed to choose the wrong size. Have fun getting a refund, won't happen. Then they attempt to sucker you into using a voucher for a future purchase. How can a ripoff Chinese company be allowed to offer products in any other country besides Third World/

Order was shipped and return to sender. They said they were sending the order back out. This was back in November 2023 have emailed them multiple times since our last communication, have not heard a word from them and have not received any refund or any package. Says the shoes are made in Canada. They are not they come from China do not buy.

The smell from the shoes I ordered was over-powering! They were not well made, the left shoe was different from the right one,the materials were cheap looking. Their add made it look like they were well crafted. What a scam! Stay away from Kragrell!

My wife purchased a pair of waterproof shoes the end of November for Christmas. She received a notice that the product was delivered and never was. Chalked it up to them being delivered to the wrong house., She ordered again in mid December 23 and it is now March 24 and still no shoes. Kaegreel sends me a bogus tracking email showing the shoes were delivered to Seattle, then to Portland where we live, and then back up to Seattle and after 10 days have gone by, nothing. On their website, they are still blaming the pandemic and holidays for delays in delivery. Neither are happening at this time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM!

I paid paid for 2 pairs of shoes on Jan 22.2024. I never received them and I can not get in touch with the company. They won't answer my e-mails and as far as I can tell they don't have a phone number to call. It has now been 4 weeks and they took the money out of my account right away. At this point I just want my money back. But I can't get a hold of anyone to even do that. So frustrated!

I've had the same experience as many of these other reviewers. My shoes never arrived. When I tracked the order with the tracking number I was given in my purchase confirmation email, it says the order doesn't exist. There is no way to contact anyone except by an email and I have reached out several times with no response. I can't believe I fell for the nice pictures! DO NOT do the same!

Ordered the attractive looking drivers shoes three weeks ago plus and no shoes. I've forwarded them my proof of purchase via email twice and no response and I'm still on their mailing list. Paid $15.95 for what seemed like expedited shipping to boot. Is this a real company?
