Ordered the attractive looking drivers shoes three weeks ago plus and no shoes. I've forwarded them my proof of purchase via email twice and no response and I'm still on their mailing list. Paid $15.95 for what seemed like expedited shipping to boot. Is this a real company?

Bought size 44 shoes. They are soo small my foot doesn't even go in it. Won't even fit my daughter. They have their sizes totally wrong. The refuse to give refund and will give a nasty runaround which basically says F***You. Criminals, Extremely dishonest

When the shoes arrived, there were wrapped in plastic. Fit fine and are comfortable. Run a little short. But I have narrow feet. So size isn't problem

Costly, for they will be banned if they don't do right by the customer. Pay Pal will reimburse
You if the company doesn't.

I placed an order on 1/20/2024. I have heard nothing about my order since. I've sent 2 emails and still nothing. Fortunately I paid through PayPal so I will get my money back. But run, don't walk. Pay more money elsewhere for a reliable company.

Terrible company

I ordered a pair of shoes for my son for a Christmas gift. It took a long time for delivery and in the meantime they had shipping and billing addresses the same which should have been obviously different. Instead of having this simple issue corrected I reordered the shoes believing I had cancelled the original order. What happened was they eventually delivered a second pair. I have requested a shipping label to return these with zero results. I have received numerous computer generated emails telling me they would get right with me as soon as possible. Not. The most amazing email actually asked if there was something wrong with the shoes, they'd be happy to send me $4 to compensate me for the inconvenience (!), could I sell, trade, or give away these shoes. Flabbergasted. I've never experienced anything like this from any company I've traded with. Either no one speaks English and/or they have a really cheap AI system. Do NOT deal with these people.

Don't buy from this company! Strong smell of plastic and glue...photos looked good but product look cheap!
They wouldn't refund when I was not pleased with quality. They responded personal preference is not a reason for refund! They said to try to sell them! My wife wants to put them in the trash! Should have read the reviews before purchase! Lost $100

Fell for it

Over 6 weeks to get the shoes. No customer service. Shoes are anything but warm as they claim. They do not "slip on" as claimed. They're pretty ugly. They have a crazy bad smell of petroleum byproduct... avoid at all cost.

This is a front for a subpar Chinese shoe manufacturer. The materials they use in their products are awful and cheap. The shoes do not fit correctly. As for being able to return their products, be ready to ship them back to China at your expense after 20 emails where they try to give you discount vouchers on future purchases. As though I would ever do business with this company again. Spend a little more and shop elsewhere. And if you try to post a review of less than 4 or 5 stars, their website will not let you!

The shoe sizes are totally wrong. My shoe size is men's 9 and I ordered 8.5. When the product arrived, it felt like size 12. I had a friend whose size is 11 and it was still too big for him. When I wanted to return, I was told to ship it back to China at my expense and have to pay tariff on top. The cost of shipping is way over the price I paid so I gave up. The website has no places to write a review. Hope you folks who read this heed my warning. The return policy website they sent me was all in some European languages. Stay away from this sham company

Ripoff Scammers

I bought a pair of shoes from them with elastic laces. Laces broke upon first try on. They refused any help, or return and were extremely rude. They post on their site how much they care about their customers.Nasty people.

Ordered directly from the company, took a month to receive the product. They arrived in unmarked cheap packaging and there were no company markings on the product. Uncomfortable with zero foot support. Will NEVER buy any products from this company again.

They will take more than 2 months to deliver - if at all. The shipping is from China - so there is really no recourse if the order vanishes into the ether.

Do not trust this vendor - they seem to be a rip off. The shoes themselves - what they delivered - are subpar and very uncomfortable.

Customer service is completely non-responsive.

I ordered 2 pairs of men's shoes. Both while they "looked" like the photos are made of cheap material.
Both are loose fitting and sized up.
When I tried on and tightened the draw strings to the driver shoes one cord came loose from the plastic snap. There is no way to re string this cord so the shoe can not be tightened on my foot. This happened before I ever took one step.

Guess these will both go into the_Crap pile

SCAM. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!

Ordered a couple pairs of shoes / slippers. After a week, was still given no information about when my order might ship. I asked to cancel my order, since I was getting no information. They said they'd charge a 15% fee to cancel my order. Nowhere on there website does it state such a rule. They actually state that if a product doesn't fit, that it may be returned. There is no phone # provided for customer service.
…two weeks….and still not tracking / shipping information. (they do have a link for an app called "shop", that apparently has tracking information.).

I ordered 2 pair of shoes, and a phone belt holster from this company via Amazon. Took a while to arrive because they came from China. The holster never arrived,and the two set of shoes were approx 2" different even though I ordered the same size in both. I contacted their customer service. They refused to refund me anything saying the holster was shipped and that there is a disclaimer on their site that says there may be a slight variation in sizes. I have attached a picture to show the difference (which I sent to them). They still said no - no exchange - no refund - nothing. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

In the 2024 world of Amazon and other competitors, it's hard to imagine that customer service is nothing short of stellar. Kaegreel will prove to you that customer service and reasonable delivery are an imaginary utopia that just doesn't exist.

Like the grandma that bakes the best chocolate chip cookies -- but you don't get to taste them until 2 months later -- and she falls asleep and you can't reach her, this is Kaegreel. Place your order on quality products, but you don't receive them until 2 months later -- and while you're awaiting the product, you get no update and can't connect with anyone.

It's unfortunate, especially since their products are reasonably priced and really look good. Hopefully they can learn from the reviews. In the meantime, look elsewhere, unless you don't wanna wear your new shoes until 2 months later, and gamble to see if you can receive what you ordered without update.

Their shoes kept popping up in my feeds and were attractive so I bought a pair. They acknowledged the purchase but nothing else like shipment date and charged a large shipping fee. Now, close a month and 1/2 still nothing. They don't reply but continue to send adssns

Poor Customer Service

This site! It had terrible customer service, good luck getting ahold of anyone. I didn't hear anything till I made a claim to Pay Pal. I asked for a refund then they suddenly had a tracking number and said they had shipped after 4 week since I purchased the shoes. It has now been 8 weeks and still no shoes!
