It has been 10 days already since I purchased an item which said it is in stock and ready to be shipped. No updates or phone number provided so i can contact them. Emails sent to them, no response either. It is a Paypal verified and I am not sure what can be done.

I noticed much of the site has deals that are equal or below what I see being sold at discount electronic stores. I am not sure about how good of a return policy they have but the prices are fair and shipping was simple.

I purchased a vacuum on ebay, and the listing showed there were TEN available on "Buy It Now." Money was immediately taken from my account, then I heard nothing. I noticed the listing had been removed several days later, so I emailed the seller and asked what the status of my order was. He replied that the distributor didn't have the vacuums and they were discontinued. It was not the distributor's listing, and the distributor didn't take my money. An ethical company would have notified me they weren't available and refunded my money instead of playing "The Blame Game." After I asked for a refund immediately, he didn't respond. I got my refund, but will never buy from this company again.
