The training methods, emphasizing operant conditioning and practical strategies, resonate well with users, fostering a sense of joy in the training process. I have been applying some of your suggested techniques with my 4 month old golden retriever puppy, Sunshine, with great success, i.e. Problem puppy behavior: Jumping and nipping when excited to greet me. I do not make eye contact; do not interact - keep walking. If behavior persists, i walk into her space..., then ignore until undesired behavior stops. Since watching your video, I have learned to resist the temptation to reach over and pet her immediately when she stops, as that seems to provoke a continuation of the undesired behavior, jumping and nipping...
The workshop was super informative. I was able to use those examples right away with results. Looking into trying the master Training Course!
The explanation of Operant Behaviour as a theoretical foundation for training canines + the three very common training needs that are demonstrated in the video presentation creates a sense of confidence and calm that invites the viewer to trust the provider's claim that anyone can learn to train their dog to the same standard as that seen in Service Dogs.
Using the training, I've gotten my dog Lila to calm and listen to given commands. She is improving every day!
My dog has been easy to train on some things.i teach her by hand motions. I've taught her how to help me up out of my chair. How to sit, stay and say Amen after the blessing is said. She barks her Amen. I've taught her to help me up the steps. 👍
I have read a book and different articles about best ways to train your dog but this one really makes sense. I have read articles about how using sign language to train your dog is valuable. After watching this short video I have been using some sign language and I feel like he does understand it much better than verbal commands. I am really excited about beginning to use the techniques that were described in the video and the commands shown. I feel confident that I will have success. Thank you so much for sharing!
It was perfect and easy to follow. How the dates and times worked was very helpful and hopeful!
The barking article was very helpful and informative. It was interesting about the fact that my dog needs a "job" to do. We will be working on it. My only complication is that there are 7 other dogs in the house. Once one goes, they all go...
I just adopted a dog and we need help. This video was wonderful and I'm working with Frankie on a daily basis. He is responding and I am learning. Thank you for this wonderful information!
Hi there! I appreciate the bit of info in the video. It was great and I can tell there's a lot more to get from it. I took notes on what I could and intend to carry the little bit of advice shared along with me. I could not afford $300 or so for classes. I didn't like that the hype to get the video at all was that it was free free free, and only so little info shared on actual training, to be lead up to a very large purchase for the real info. But otherwise I appreciate what bit I did get from it, and think y'all are good folks! Thank you! I'd love to check out your download.
The tips Dr Alexa sent me were very helpful for me and made a lot of sense myself and my dog bot want to send a big thanks
I enjoyed the informative article. My 7 year old plot hound really needs this training since we must keep her on a line at all times and she refuses to come when called. We just acquired an 8 week old Border Collie/Catahoula mix that should benefit, as well 🤩
The intro video was very helpful with common behavior problems that many people encounter with their dog. Great to start these training methods whether a puppy or senior dog.
I learned some very good information to help combat bad behavior.
It was good but I wondered if the training after purchased is sent for me to download and keep.
He pulls me around when I walk him. I am 71 years of age and he is strong. When he sees another dog, hold on! I have him at four weeks old, and he is my partner for sure. I related to the training you advised in the reading. I strongly agree with hand signals or body language. I look forward to more training tips. Thank You...RP
Listening to the video gave me some interesting insights and why these methods are effective.
Teaching my dog to understand my sign language instead of having to speak words. She is very responsive and doing great.
It is really the best thing I did. The information I get fry them is priceless. Unless you know dogs like the do. U Will never get it.
This is no brained. U get everything and more)
