It is a scam. I bought a key from K4G and after receiving it, which took a long time for my security, paradoxically. The key was already used, no money, no key and thank you very much for my money. A lot of nice words but they take no responsibility for anything. Be smarter than me and buy here better buy elsewhere.

This company has the worst possible customer support you can find, DO NOT BUY.
They will take your money and will not provide any solution and blame other companies such as Steam, Activison etc. buying from this company is like playing a lottery and praying something good comes out. Be aware, just RUN!

This is last time I bought something here
Instead of NBA 2k24 steam account details as advertised on their page they gave me link to external website which says - There was an issue with your code activation. After contacting them they said - "I'm sad to see there appears to be an issue with the key. However, please note that since you haven't bought the Purchase Protection, it means you've taken full responsibility for any potential defects the key may have. We shouldn't be able to assist you with it" So sold something which can not be used at all, basically stating they can sell defect items as long as they want. After I stated that I will open a chargeback they said - "We will put on a resale the product you have bought and have not used. Once the key is bought by another Customer, who does not report any issues with it, we will be able to offer you a refund only in K4G Balance amounted to the value of the product. The entire process should take up to a few days." How user will not report an issue when it can not be redeemed on that external website? Hahaha. I am going legal against this. People should unite and open collective actions before law for those kind of companies.

It's a scam site. They sell used keys that are owned by other people. When you are not able to redeem the key you just purchase, they start asking you to do a lot of "procedures" to make you lose time since it's a scam job. They eventually ask you to provide more personal information and it's there where you are tottaly screwed by them. Positive eviews on this site and Trustpilot are generated fake reviews. Just look at the review count from the positive reviewers.

I have bought a key a day before and Steam notified me that this code has been already used. I contacted the support and proved them, that I have not used the mentioned key. But this day I got an email that "The Supplier has confirmed to us, that the key has been sold only once.", so they cannot do anything.! Avoid buying anything from FastCodes and even from this site.

Unfortunately, I found myself in an unpleasant situation: I purchased the item by mistake. On another website, it was listed in the catalog as a Steam gift card, but on K4G, they were selling Steam accounts. Selling Steam accounts is illegal and against the rules, so I didn't notice the error and made the purchase.

As soon as I realized the problem, I immediately contacted customer support. The result: two weeks of correspondence, and I haven't received a refund, I still don't have the item, and €34 is gone.

Bought a CD Key activated "2 HOURS BEFORE I GOT THE KEY",

I had bought a Dying Light 2 CD Key from this website and had to go through 3 verifications (Note they sent the Verifications "AFTER" I bought the key) Received Key at 11:08 AM but the key was activated at 9:04 AM… I know the time it was activated because steam support was able to give me this information

It stucks and they're a fraud, I bought an account to play F1, I received some random account (from Ukraine) with no game in it, I tried to complain about it and didn't get any answer...
