Very quick and easy. Pleased with the service received. The only minor thing I would say is that its great being informed on the progress of delivery but when you have AU Post advising you of this. You do not really need communications from JW as well.
Easy to use website but delivery times very slow to be able to receive product from Singapore 3 days before the order from JW was even picked was ridiculous, especially when I ordered the same thing from both companies within minutes of each other on the same day.

Information about the product was incomplete. For example the USB A port is for power input only, it can't be used for touch screen data use. This is odd because the monitor ships with a 240v to USB A power supply but not a USB A-USB A cable. Both USB C ports work for touch data, power and display video, the monitor ships with USB A-USB C and USB C-USB C cables. There is no mention in the printed guide about the power only capability of the USB A port.
Overall good although my initial orders where not served as JW mentioned that the available stock was broken! However they provided me with a spec upgrade in the next order for the same price which was great.
