Very easy to navigate the flowers were sent to an out of town relative, the photos upon receipt showed a very nice arrangement.
The shopping experience is excellent - quick, easy, and efficient with a great selection but your delivery service is awful. This is their last chance to just deliver the flowers whether we are home or not. They constantly look for a reason to not deliver the flowers..
I'm normally very satisfied with Just Flowers. But for whatever reason, this order took longer than expected to be delivered. I was disappointed about that.

This website is very difficult to use. It took me a really long time to place the order because it was not straightforward. Then. I had to pay too much for delivery after I had already paid for the bouquet. I will just use a local florist from now on. Dealing with your company was awful.
I asked for a specific day to be delivered, it didn't happen. When I talked with representative I asked for a Wednesday delivery as the recipient was not working the next day. Oh no, they delivered when she wasn't working. It was not the surprise that I wanted to give to her. The flowers that were delivered were pretty though.
I chose your company because I am a repeat customer and received an email stating " We at JustFlowers.com appreciate your business and want to say a special "Thank You" with a coupon for $10 off on your next order. Shop from home for season-inspired floral arrangements, plants and gourmet gift baskets. And, as always, you have the choice of same-day delivery across the US and Canada." I chose your company over others as I liked the $10 savings only to realize that it only gave $5 off. I went back to the email to discover that in fine print at the bottom left of the email, the order had to be over $50. I didn't want to waste more time reshopping but am a little miffed at the small print that was hard to find. Feels a little deceitful & I can't say I would have chosen your company to get only $5 off when I have better coupons with other companies.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service! I will never ever use Just for Flowers again. My Father passed away in January and I wanted to send my Mother flowers on what would have been their 62nd wedding anniversary. My Dad always sent my Mother flowers for their anniversary. They promised my order would be delivered on September 1st on their anniversary day. Just for flowers called that afternoon telling me that they were locating a delivery service but would deliver the flowers that day. I called several times to assure the delivery. They NEVER delivered my Mother's flowers. Shameful to ruin my Mother's first anniversary without my Dad. I recommend Just flowers to no one. Oh and they did offer a $25 gift card on a $200 order. Just shameful! Go elsewhere!
