The flowers were ordered from the UK to be delivered in the USA. US recipient feedback was that the delivery time and quality of the flowers were acceptable, but that for an arrangement containing both Iris and Hydrangeas the small size of the display was at best disappointing. It would be helpful if justflowers.com gave approximate dimensions of the flower arrangements on their website.
I used a promo code to receive a $10.00 discount. I was given a $5.00 discount instead (my order did not exceed $50.00). This must have been stated somewhere in your email and I simply missed it. Nonetheless, I am not fond of advertising that has some sort of caveat attached to it. Other than that, your service is wonderful and your prices are great. I will continue using your website to meet my floral needs. ADDENDUM: The florist who delivered my order did not complete the order on the day he was supposed to. The order was going to my daughter. Even though my daughter was home and the deliverer had her phone number, my daughter was not contacted. The florist claimed he did not have the apartment number (which I seem to remember having included when I placed my order. I do not fault justflowers.com for these numerous issues. Nonetheless I am hurt that my granddaughter did not receiver her flowers on her first birthday. I will continue to use your service based on a previous good experience. As for recommendations, this is something I almost never do for anything. I am eminently satisfied with justflowers.com. As I mentioned, I believe the issues were directly related with the florist.

I had this basket of plants sent to my daughter-in-laws grandmother when the grandfather died. Grandma said the basket was lovely and she was very impressed with it.

I have never seen the arrangements, however, the recipients have all commented not just on how beautiful the arrangements are, but also, how long the flowers have lasted.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
