Easy to use website, great follow up service, on time delivery. Good pictures showing sizes of products.
Delivery was made after 8pm when flowers were to be delivered by 6pm and I called at 5pm to check on delivery and was told they would arrive by 6pm. When the flowers did not arrive I called again and was told the florist was closed and they could not get in touch with anyone there until the next morning. Flowers did arrive between 8:00 & 8:30pm and were not precisely the packaging that was selected. It was a red/white peppermint stripe vase when it was supposed to be a pink vase and the flowers were not the ones that were pictured.
My last two experiences with justflowers.com were a disaster. The same, local florist was used both times. The result with that florist was late deliveries and flowers that were almost dead.
When I tried to get a refund the associate and then the manager were less than helpful. While we were trying to resolve the issue, the manager contacted the local florist. The florist then contacted the recipient of the flowers and struck up a deal with her to resolve the issue.
How dare you go behind my back. I am the person that paid for the flowers.
I will never use your service again.

The order was a bouquet for a dear friend who lost 2 family members within a day of each other. I was really clear and specific that the delivery person be very respectful if they called ahead, and to be very patient if the delivery took more than one phone call or delivery attempt as my friend was juggling multiple details surrounding her losses. Thank you so much for the respectful consideration.
My friend commented on a couple occasions just how beautiful the bouquet was and how long the flowers lasted to enjoy.

Tiny bunch of flowers and not good value for money. Will not be using this company again. For $100 there were 12 flowers, when you consider I paid for extra flowers, I dread to think what a standard bunch would look like, it would probably consist of 6 flowers for $50!
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
