Got nervous

After I ordered I was looking at the reviews and many complaints but I would have to say that just flowers didn't upset me, I had saved a young lady in a car accident and ordered her some flowers to give her some comfort and let her know that we were here thinking of her, and had flowers expressed to her, had no problems with the delivery, the arrangement came a little different but was expected, as each Florist may have different flowers or out of flowers but they came better than what I ordered, Good Job!

I am very disappointed with the service, delivery failure and the flowers that were received. I ordered the Sunshine flowers that were supposed to look like a tall cascading type arrangement and a small bouquet that resembles a grocery store lower end bouquets was delivered. That small bunch of flowers certainly wasn't worth the $50 US$ on their site or the $75.49 CDN$ charged to my card.

The ordered was placed Monday for deliver on Tuesday. On Tuesday at 4:36 I received a call confirming the address for delivery, then at 5:40 I received a call telling me they weren't able to deliver the flowers. I was told they would be delivered Wednesday morning. Ten minutes later my sister received an apology call because the flowers weren't delivered for her birthday and they would arrive Wednesday in the morning. She told them she would wait home for them. Then Wednesday at 2:33 I had to make another call to enquire on where the flowers were because my sister had waited all day and had things to do. They did not arrive until 4:40pm. I understand their residential deliveries say until 6pm but it also says you can deliver within 4 hours of purchase and on deliver date. Neither of those things happened.

Sent them an email and received a lame Covid excuse. (We are terribly sorry for your experience with JUSTFLOWERS.COM. We are committed to delivering your order despite the continued flower supply challenges related to COVID-19. This may require flexibility in designing the floral arrangement and in some cases delivering on the next available day.) and a link to follow. They also offered a $7.50 COMEBACK offer... Really?!?! Not ever
