This site is awesome, I had a great experience with the vet I spoke to and she was very quick with her responses and knowledgeable. I feel much better now that I spoke with her and my mind is at ease! I will definitely be using this site again if I have any questions about my cat.

I need advice on how to get my apartment owners to fix my almost inoperable patio door! I am currently handicapped and am having hip surgery in two weeks! I may have to use that door to enter after surgery.

I have talked to a mechanic (Bart) and he was super informative and knowledgeable about my situation and he has also had plenty of years experience with my issues. It always helps to get a second opinion and my situation was pretty easy to just explain so we figured out what the main issues could be which gave me more knowledge to get the vehicle fixed. I am so grateful to have an honest answer from someone other than taking it somewhere and getting the run around from someone who may not be honest, and now thanks to Bart I know what to look for.

I had severe pelvic cramps possibly being related to IUD shifting. Doctor told me I should take ibuprofen and if it didn't get better to see a doctor to make sure it iud hadn't been displaced. He was very knowledgeable and helpful!

I felt reassured as soon as Dr Scott started asking questions regarding the situation. Molly could not seem to walk forward easily but was stepping backwards. I she laid down but standing back up seemed painful. After I gave him all the symptoms, he suggested Tylenol. I prepared that so she eat it and Molly got up and walked slowly to her regular bed and laid down. I felt like she may have possibly slept in a position or got up in a way that could have resulted in pain as he suggested. She's taken the Tylenol now and we will see how things go from here. I'm much relieved that she at least walked and his thoughts on her issue made me feel much better about her. Thank you, Dr. Scott!

They did help, but for some reason while I did receive messages on my phone, the phone didnt let me reply

We were trying to get the house vacuumed before Easter, and we couldn't find he owner's manual. We moved about a year ago, and some things have "disappeared". We connected with Dino via "chat", and magically the manual for our vacuum was available to download on our computer, and he answered some specific questions for us. We were lucky!

I came home from work and saw that my dog ate a lot of chocolate muffins. I was freaking out starting to panic and spoke to the Doctor Who was extremely calming and informational. Not only did he guide me step-by-step on what to do next, but was assuring and made me feel 1 million times better about what to do and with having zero experience with the situation I felt I was able to overcome and handle it so much better. Definitely need more people like him!
