I am involved in a very complex legal matter and was unable to find representation. As a self representing litigant i was able to navigate the many complex rules and processes of the Canadian Legal system.
I had a tax question I needed answered. I could go to IRS and get an answer for free but would probably have to wait a long time for a response. I saw JustAnswer and it seemed like a reasonable charge of $5 to answer my question. I had to enter my debit information so they could be paid and I would receive my answer. I would then have membership which I was told could be canceled at any time. I was shocked when my bank statment showed an immediate charge of $55. I canceled my membership about 2 weeks after receiving the answer to my ONE question when I saw the $55 charge. I asked for a refund of $50 when I canceled my membership. No response from the online chat and no refund issued to my card. I called and demanded a refund. At first, I was told "no refunds". I insisted and threatened to report them for unfair business practices and I have been told I will receive my refund. We shall see. Bottom line, stay away from this company as what they state they will do and what they actually do are quite different.
First response was delayed. After that responses were prompt and accurate
I got answer that calm my anxiety of what to do with my dog health situation.

I called at an ungawdly early hour of 5:30 EST, so there was a bit of a wait. But the technician was patient, clear and concise. He cut down on the huge amount of trouble shooting I would have had to do to come to a conclusion. The fridge is working now.
Daniel Chaidez is very knowledgeable and explained my cam phasers issue in terms that even a dummy like me could understand. It was a pleasure speaking with him and he waited for me to catch up with him during his explanation so that he didn't lose me before he continued. I was very happy with the appraiser BUT not happy Edith Just Answer. I tried the trial for $5.00 and then the next morning I was saw in my account that I was charged $5.00 and another $30.00 on top of that. Make sure this does not happen to you. Disgusting and disgraceful. I won't use them again.

I initially thought this must be a scam website, but to my luck it was a legit one and I was provided with a real person lawyer, who was patient and answered all my answers.
I needed help deciphering several questions on an immigration form, and the lawyer's answers confirmed what I thought. This gave me peace of mind and confidence to go forward.
I needed to cancel an order and they were very helpful and told me what I needed to do.
Nick was not in person but he knew how to manipulate the steps in setting up my printer and i.am very pleased with his smarts, kindness, and respect he showed while helping us...
