I was so happy to get professional veterinary advice at 1 AM to take care of my puppy. Chooch Was having an allergic reaction and had large hives all over his face and around his eyes. I was given direction on how to treat him with over the counter zyrtec and what to look for... Thank god for this service or I would have to take my dog to a veterinarian hospital which would have cost me hundreds eight dollars for the same medical advice. THANK YOU!
The first agent (Sajeed?) was hard to talk with because of his word pronunciations and heavy accent.
However the second person in the business office was absolutely excellent. No sign of an accent and she talked promptly and pronounced the words correctly. Her name was Mary Jane I believe.
The service was great; however, it said the initial cost would be $5, but I was also charged $37, which I was not expecting. I would appreciate it if I could be reimbursed for the $37.
The tech's knowledge was solid and advice was what i expected. I have an old receiver that failed to power up. After more than 30 years of reliable service he told me the time had come to probably get a new one. With few shops available anymore, unless it is a very high end unit, the cost of repair and inconvenience outweigh the purchase of a replacement.
Response was quick and Dr. that responded was very understanding knowledgeable and helpful. He knew just what to do and helped us through the crisis. I highly recommend this service.

Brian was kind an knowledgeable and willing to take my call at 1:15 in the morning. This was for a Church Service that was going to be happing later that morning and we had to have the system up and running. I tried several hours to fix the problem myself thinking it was a software issue and Brian very quickly helped me to first look at the connections. Fairly quickly the issue was resolved. The service went very well later that morning. 😊👍

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
