Hard getting my point across. The second assistant really helped.
My elderly dog was shaking incessantly for no apparent reason. I didn't know what to do; our vet's office was closed. A vet at JustAnswer reviewed the info I'd provided and quickly returned my call. We discussed possible causes as they related his medical history. She helped me perform an examination and determine a cause. She advised me to calm him down with a dose of medication we had on hand and to followup with his vet in the morning if symptoms continued. They didn't. I asked about a number I was to be given when I filled out a disability tax credit form. I was told I ned the number to give to the doctor. The CPA said I don't need a number to give to the doctor. I called the CRA and told them my problem and they said I do need a number to give to my doctor. They provided what I needed, were very nice and helpful and explained everything to me. So best to go to the source to get the right informtion.
