While broiling French bread in the oven, smoke started to pour out an oven beeping and error message came on and the interior light would not turn off! This was my first experience with Just Answer. I am a senior who is very wary of internet scams, so when Pearl mentioned the $2 fee but not the $53 membership fee that was automatically deducted from my account, I immediately thought "fraud" (my apologies to Pearl). However, Just Answer retuned the $53 and kept my $2 fee and, to my surprise, answered my question (I have yet to implement it, so will see if it works). I did not stay by my computer so, unfortunately, did not answer the follow-up question from the technician. I did an internet search on the site and found a good review of how it works and how to use it more effectively. I would use it again.

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
