Had a problem with a 403 error and thought they would access my Hostgator account and make necessary modifications. However, I got a page of do-it-yourself instruction on how to fix the problem.
At first the list felt a bit whelming but it was easy, I learned something, and succeeded in fixing my 403 problem. Quick resolution achieved.
Nahum was terrific. What happened was that I got a request to rate him prior to being finished - that really should not happen. He was 5 star!
It appears the SSA has an automatic shift to Just Answer for people who are exhausted due to the 2 hour plus wait to talk to a Social Security Agent. My call to SS was to change a monthly deposit account. I do not require legal assistance. I was burnt before by Just Answer with monthly charges that were not indicated during the discussion. Please cancel and do not charge me monthly.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again.
