The vet I spoke with was very knowledgeable, empathic, and put my mind at ease when I was stressing about my pup's health. They also gave great suggestions and a plan for moving forward. Now the interface was a whole other can of worms. It constantly interrupted me while I was trying to type, suggesting questions that I can easily think of myself, and asking to rate my experience when I was still in the midst of my experience. I had to exit windows and reload over and over again to try to get rid of all the things interrupting my experience with the vet. I can say it is in the top five most annoying tech experiences I have ever had. A platform should never obscure the typing bubble, leaving me stuck and not able to properly communicate with the person I am paying to speak with.

My little Doxie was sick and I was doing all the things I should to get her well but was concerned about the blood. The vet explained what was going on in her body and it will take a while for her body to clear itself.
After downloading the app and paying for the subscription, I was connected with a truck mechanic that couldn't really help me, but he told me that within minutes of messaging in him. He reconnected me with somebody that could help me and Eric went above and beyond to help me fix the driver proportion controls on my S 65 Genie boom lift. He walked me through testing the joystick for voltage to make sure I was getting power to it. Once we knew we had power, he walked me through chasing down the wires in the lower control box. He was able to tell me exactly which wires and exactly which terminals to test. We figured out that the wires that were supposed to be connected to the steering manifold solenoid were disconnected. It took about 45 minutes to finally get in touch with a technician that was able to help me, however, I did not have to sit on hold that entire time. They notified me when they were ready to help me. When I finally did get in contact with Eric he spent at least 20 minutes, helping me to diagnose the problem and then fix it. We were able to send pictures back-and-forth of wiring diagrams, and he could see what I was looking at, and it made the process much smoother. I will not hesitate to use just ask again.

I was concerned about my older dogs behavior following bring constipated. I'd never witnessed the movements she was making and she seemed to be in so much pain just walking. The Dr was very thorough and answered all my questions. He gave me options and suggestions to try with her. Ultimately she is fine and I didn't have to take her to our vet
My 5 month old staffy mix puppy had 1.5 grapes and we panicked. Being a Sunday, most vets including our usual, were closed. So I jumped online to get advice and we were connected with Dr Simran within minutes. She was quick to ask relevant questions, provide advice and confirm that no additional actions were required. And our puppy appears healthy and happy, thankfully. We were charged AUD $2 for initial fees and they automatically registered us for a monthly fee of AUD $44, which can be cancelled straight after. So expect to be charged around that fee mark, but I'm completely ok with that range compared to emergency consults that can come up to AUD 200-300 at the very least.

Do not waste your money with this company they cannot answer any legal questions or give you legal advice. They can only give you websites to where you can find legal advice so if you already know websites, I'm sure that everybody does do not waste your money or time with this company. They fought me to the nail to get a refund only minutes after I had paid because they couldn't answer legal questions.

Our pet hamster had an abscess on his front paw/leg. I was unable to get him seen by a vet on Sunday. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Vet called me and gave me advice on what to do at home until I can get him seen by our local vet.
