I didn't answer the call once o asked her about only being av5 dollars charge. Then she said 46 membership fee. He said the tech was waiting for me I felt rushed not to read details. She should have mentioned the membership cost up front and asked if I wanted it and kept the 5 dollars.

I was referred to just answer through tesla, when trying to investigate a possible over charge. I was assured it we cost $5 refundable. When I checked my bank statement it stated I was instead charged $65. So something is not right. Please correct this charge
