Ordered the rainbow light waterfall shower. Part came with no valves inside. Called to get parts so the plumber could install, but the part that came had zero to do. Sixteen emails with Carissa and she stopped answering. All we wanted was a new showerhead, overnighted so we could go on with our project. Project now backed up 6 weeks due to this piece. Called in to speak to management. That's too easy. Had to go through 20 minutes of let me help you and understand. Must have asked five times to speak to management. Like the emails and our requests it was ignored. Terrible company.
