The website is great my six year old loves it. I choose to try out the membership for a month at $ 8.99 when selecting the option, I was not given an additional prompt to ensure the amount once processed it charged me for the life time amount of $149.99. Calling the customer service line, I spoke with two very snappy gentlemen one whom was extremely unprofessional and had no customer service skills. Did not greet me when answering the phone, did not ask me how he could help me. He simply stood quiet. He would not answer my question with a complete answer just a mumble or an "mmhmm". Now waiting 4 business days for a refund, I will be unsubcribing to this site. A small business, run with poor customer service skills.
