I am so upset. I don't why such a site is being allowed to operate. They are outright thieves. They charged my credit card immediately and I never received the goods. I have e-mailed and phoned them a number of times with no response. I think the owner of this website should be arrested. I am furious. I have currently filed with paypal and my credit card company and I really hope I get my hard earned money back. Unfortunately I didn't know about all these other reviews and all the other people that have had their money stolen. I hope there is a legal way for this website owner to be stopped and maybe even spend a day or two in jail! A very UPSET customer
I finally got my order BUT the size is wrong. How do I return or exchange? The packing slip has a PO NBR & Purchased from: Spinatrix@ a New York address. NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL TO ASK HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS. I wish I had read all the comments here before purchasing. Now I seem to have 5 bras in the wrong size.
Placed order = got wrong size - sent back to address pkg came from. No response - no refund - call credit card company and apparently they can't help. Even sent back USPS and got receipt. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY unless you have movent to throw away
