The company's reputation is notably mixed, with customers praising the high quality and craftsmanship of certain products, particularly handmade items. Positive experiences often highlight efficient navigation of the website and timely deliveries. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, including delayed shipments, inadequate support for order issues, and challenges with returns. Many customers express frustration over misleading pricing and lack of responsiveness, leading to a sense of dissatisfaction with their overall purchasing experience. This feedback suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.

There are only 5 star reviews on their website. There is no place to add a review! There are plenty of other places to purchase Judaica... Beware, be smart, DO
NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!
I purchased an item of clothing. It was a little expensive, but purchased because it was original. The purchase was over four weeks ago and have not receive the item. When I contacted the seller they just said check with the post office. I assume the item is at the post office they would tell me.
Not happy, I should have read reviews prior purchase.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! It's an online scam. I placed an order in early July. 5 weeks later I never received my items. I've sent email after email to their "customer service". I've gotten 3 emails back saying that my items were shipped and to check the post office "in my area" and not giving me any other info or responding to my requests for a refund. HUGE SCAM!
I'm very much disappointed of my order. The money I paid is not worth of the product quality they are using plastic instead of leather.
I placed an order for two mezuzahs as wedding presents and got an email that my order was processed and I would receive confirmation it shipped within 7-10 days. After not hearing back in about three weeks I emailed customer service who asked I give them another week. After a couple weeks of not hearing back I followed up again. I was told my order could not be processed and instead I should pick another mezuzah (nothing was offered due to the inconvenience including an apology which would have been nice). I asked me for my money back and got my money back 10 days later.
Absolutely ridiculous! I bought a $450 Star Of David pendant and I paid extra to have the 2-4 days shipping. It's been 6 business days... at least send an email notifying me it's on the way! I should have ordered from Amazon, but JudaicaWebStore just happen to have a particular design I liked, but never again.
I ordered a "Jerusalem United We Stand" T-shirt on June 6,2017 for my husband with the hopes that it would arrive by Father's Day and if not, then by July 4th. They charged my credit card immediately. After Father's Day, I contacted customer service on June 18,19 and June 21, each time asking if the item had been shipped and, if not, could shipping be expedited. I received conflicting responses as to when the product would be shipped. They said that I would receive an email with a tracking number link once the item is shipped. They did not respond to my request for expedite shipping. As of June 24, I have not received a tracking number. I will not place an order with this company again.
My son purchased a necklace on 4/17/17. He paid $20 extra for it to arrive in 2-4 business days. This was a gift that did not arrive till 5/9/17. Based on these reviews I will not ask for a refund of shipping just chalk up to lesson learned.
Here's a summary of my experience, and the accompanying response from the company:
My complaint, after getting my products very late:
This is unacceptable.
Your website did not make note of the 4-6 day processing time at any time during checkout, and your shipping policy isn't even written in standard English. (In English, "availability" is not used as "processing time").
A reasonable person looking at shipping times on a website follows logical standards, considering the shipping time, not adding an extra seven extra days so that the product can be shipped. If it takes you an extra 4-6 business days, you should amend the shipping time for that option to 6-10 business days.
Regardless of this, I inquired about the status of my order before it was shipped, specifically pointing out that the only reason I paid express shipping was because I assumed it would get here within a week, and also asking to refund the express shipping (and ship it normally).
I do not appreciate how you continued to send it via express shipping, wasting money.
Unfortunately, unless this is rectified, I do not think I will be purchasing from you again.

Shalom John,
Thank you for your comments. We try and make all relevant information available. Not everything can be mentioned in 1 screen.
I placed my order a month ago and I still haven't received it. I am getting married in a little over a month and this is supposed to be my fiancees ring. Ordered from here since he is Jewish. I am so distraught that I haven't gotten anything and I paid a good chunk of money
They gave me a wrong tracking number and they keep playing witg me. Wish I could see those reviews earlier.
I ordered 2 pendants from JudaicaWebStore- 1 with a silver chain and 1 with a silicone cord, which I paid extra for. Although the pendants are lovely, the weight is lighter than I had hoped for the price, and the silicone cord really cheapened the piece. I emailed the business and told them I was dissatisfied with the silicone cord, and asked if I could send it back to be replaced with the silver chain, which had been the same price. They told me I could put it in an envelope with $6.00 for return postage, and they would send me the silver chain. When I went to remove the pendant from the cord, the pendant opening was simply too small to go through the clasp, so I cut the cord, right at the clasp, and sent all the pieces back, with my $6.00. Well, I received an email telling me they would not replace it, as it was "broken". I explained that I simply could not take the pendant off without cutting it ( btw- the cord is a piece of...- and the clasp can be easilly put back on by a jeweler). I have been emailing them back and forth, and they keep saying I sent them a broken cord, regardless of how I explain why I needed to do this! It would cost them NOTHING to provide good customer service. I will NEVER do business with them again, and want to let everyone know that the customer service is awful. In this day and age, with so many choices, and so many companies providing great service, there is simply no reason to shop here.
I was a first time customer of judaica web store.
Placed an order for a book from the jewish museum collection.
The order was placed with 2 to 3 day express shipping.
The order arrived TWELVE (12) days later.
I requested a refund of the shipping charges since it took so long.
I was denied.
No way to treat a first time customer who would have been happy with a shipping refund.
I can now call myself a former customer of this business.
Will also be contact my credit card company.
After writing my review Judaica Store decided to do something and finally sent my purchase.
Thank you.
I wish I'd read these reviews first... I ordered two items on 30 January from Judaica WebStore as a Bar Mitzvah gift. The delivery was due in 2 weeks. At the end of February I realised they hadn't arrived. Phoned the store. The response was a lackadaisical 'oh yes, we have indeed not sent them and in fact they're out of stock'. No apology, no embarrassment, nothing. The only redeeming feature is that they did refund my payment. Wouldn't touch them again.
I paid extra $$$ for expedited shipping (3-4 days as per their site) for more than $200 worth of merchandise. THIRTEEN days and I have not received a word, until I sent an email eviscerating them. And even then, it was just some vague promise that they are on it. No firm dates as to when you can expect anything. Damn shame that they sale Judaica!
I ordered a named braeclet for my wife with English name and Hebrew name underneath. The item arrived nice and early and look very nice. However it seems that the resident artist decides the style, layout and size of the lettering. They don't send a draft to be approved by the client
In my opinion the English name is too large and as result the Hebrew name is too small
I finally received replacement earrings (Roman Glass + silver) after waiting from 9/27/2016 to 1/4/2017. The replacements are acceptable. Vendor had to have new earrings made. I am still out $27 for my return shipping expenses because the vendor refused to cover my expenses, although the quality issue was the vendor's issue. All during this 3 months of waiting, I had to constantly nag the vendor by email for updates. Not worth the aggravation.
I ignored the warnings' reviews (don't make the same mistake) and bought over US$ 300. They deceive you and promise different thinks during shipment delay. They lie for good and send inexistent Tracking Numbers andyou don't get any package. DON'T BUY!
I ordered from "ajudaica.com" two weeks after "judaicawebstore" and I already got the package for instance.
I just read previous reviews and totally agree with them.
This store is the shame to all Jewish people.
The customer service is horrible. I ordered tallit for my son few months in advance. They lied about everything. They didn't have it in stock and lied that they going to get it any day. After a month they admitted that they don't have it and offered to buy different one with 20% discount. It took a long time to get the tallit, but they never returned the difference in money. They sent email to me with transaction # and the day, but it was a lie. At the end they said I own them the money! The worst part of dealing with this business, they are pretending to be very nice with you, but they are very dishonest!
Answer: It is awful! Stay away. I might as well have taken a $100 bill & thrown it in the garbage.

Answer: Doubtful. Their shipping is the reason for most of their bad reviews, it takes a LONG time for anything to arrive.
Answer: They lie ALL the time on shipping. Truly- until they get this together and get some integrity, this company should go out of business.
