Great individuals to speak with (Steve and Nina). Steve was very helpful in Nina's absence, as I had dealt with her on a previous order. He was kind enough to explain some details regarding the watch, as well as offer a small discount on the model, because I was not able to use my gift card on the order.
The purchasing experience is really nice since the item I ordered was actually not in stock at the moment, one of the customer representative has emailed me and let me know the situation that the item needs to be ordered and also provided me with an estimate of delivery time. But I got the item much earlier than that. This is a gift purchased for my cousin and she's looking for this necklace for a while but had no luck, so I found it for her.
