I lost a grill cover on one of my lowers late last season so decided to go with these to give me more visibility. Watching videos and reading instructions it took me just over 2 hours to install. I could easily do this under an hour next time. They light up well, look great, and hazard/turn signals change to amber and flash accordingly. Haven't got the bike out for the year yet but I'm sure they'll light the way.
Will provide me with a refund but I have to pay for shipping back from Canada which is about 1/2 the cost of the order. Can not afford to fix J &P Cycle mistakes. Their boots are sized wrong and jackets do not fit. Horrible experience. Letting all International people know not to shop here as a courtesy. I am stuck with $300 USA funds and $60 CA customs fees of junk.
The delivery service they use just threw my helmet over the fence so everyone could see it and possible entice thieves to come onto my property and steal it. I would have been out of 300.00 dollars because like the customer service told me basically it's not their fault where the delivery driver leaves the package. If you cannot do better then that I cannot take the chance on purchasing your products

I loved the Custom Dynamics led light. UPS delayed the shipping saying weather conditions. J&P Cycles said that if I would provide my email and personal information they would give me a 10% or 20% discount. They provided me with a code but when it came time to use it for my purshase they wouldn't accept it. I will not purchase another product from them and will block all contact from them.
Frustrated that the tire I paid full price for was 4 years old (wk/yr) stamp on sidewall. Would expect that from Amazon, not a vendor that deals in high product volumes specifically for motorcycles. Next time Amazon, where this tire was listed for $30.00 less (and probably newer)...

J&P refunded shipping cost; still cost me 2 days wages. Website was confusing; said overnight was doable but other places hedged that claim. At least they refunded shipping...

Website shows no back order on parts that are not really on hand. Many days later an email notice of cancellation shows up with a credit for 10 bucks... This has happened to me twice in my last few orders. I am really hesitant to return to J&P Cycles for my parts needs when their competitors are able to deliver hassle free.

We try our best to fill every order for our customers, unfortunately, sometimes our vendor cannot supply our needs or our inventory depletes and we will have to cancel an order. I had a chat with one of your employee, I give him all information about my Harley bike, told him exactly what I need, he told me you have the needed O-ring. I paid and O-ring arrived in three days to Romania (this is the good point, it arrived very fast) but the O-ring does not fit my bike….and I cannot return it to you because the shipping costs more than the O-ring price.

All orders over $49.99 ship free within the contiguous 48 states. If your order is below this amount, we offer flat rate shipping at a discount for $7.99 USD. On average, the shipping cost for the smallest package is at least $15 USD, which is almost double what our customers pay when their order amount doesn't reach the free shipping threshold.
Don't be in a rush for the free shipping, took 12 days for some of my items to arrive at my house. The items were fine, there not specific to J&P and are available through many different retailers, so I'll probably order somewhere else next time.

The mustang seat I ordered didn't come with any hardware to fasten it to the bike, I specifically asked the representative in the messenger, if it came with the hardware, I was told twice that it did, she even described the fasteners to me and sent me a picture of them, when I contacted customer service, they told me it doesn't come with the hardware and they were sorry for the inconvenience, and then I would have to pay shipping to send it back to them, needless to say that is the last thing I will order from J&P Cycles.

Although I've hard great experiences with J&P as well, I needed bearings in time and ordered 2 day shipping only to have them arrive a week after I ordered them.

Takes 18 days for a part to arrive, come on, it's 2023. All parts from V-twin take forever. Also, your online parts search is the worst I have used. Even if you enter the part # it can't find what you want.

The point kit was incomplete trying to get a return is useless from J&P to many hoops to jump through I'll put it on wall in shop as example of what not to order this is not the first time I had deficient parts delivered

Your tire size selection methodology on your web page sucks absolutely useless. You will enter the size of tire you need, then it will show you a bunch of options and each and every one of them you have to reselect the size of tire that you require. Worthless absolutely worthless. So much better web pages out there. As for the checkout process, how about you guys add a couple more shipping options? I don't know maybe ones that are fast like next day, 2nd.

I ordered a tail light, it did not fit my bike and I had to pay to return the item. So I was sent the wrong item and it cost me 10 dollars to send it back. So I I'm just out money. The whole website is different nothing felt the same. I've purchased a bunch of things in the past but I will not be using J&P again
The person was helpful and stated I wouldn’t be receiving a full refund however I did not receive the shipping cost.

I have been a semi-regular customer of J&P Cycles since 2004. This is my first bad experience. The packing, especially for an international delivery, was disgustingly poor! It's a miracle the products weren't damaged.
It was a sad day When J&P ceased belonging to the Parhams and became part of a conglomerate. This may be my last purchase.

I received a battery for my motorcycle which was damaged. I did not realize it was damaged until the day after I received it and at that point the box it came in which was not damaged I had already sent to recycling. By then engaged an agent named Kimberly via chat and essentially was told without the box which I already discarded they cannot do anything for me and that they were escalating it to some other department and I had to wait 48 hours for an email. The 48 Hours came and went and I emailed Kimberly who had sent me an email telling me to wait for the 48-hour email and asked for a supervisor then the next day a supervisor emailed me and said that I was in the wrong for discarding the box it came in however they would be sending me a new battery. All in all it took nine days to essentially get what I originally purchased having to go back and forth and having shipping issues. I am not sure I will ever do business with J&P Cycles again because of this nightmare.

We do apologize your product arrived damaged. The issue we have is we can't file a damage claim against UPS without the shipping box.I do see we sent you the new battery. In the future, We would ask that you inspect all items you order before you dispose of the shipping boxes. They are crucial to us recouping the funds for the damage from the carriers.
The staff is great and friendly but make sure you check for proper fitment yourself. Last two purchases they assured me items they ordered for me would fit. Had to return both items as they were incorrect. Always been a great store otherwise.

It did say 5-7 days but two weeks with no follow up from Jp. I finally contacted them and all they could say "I'll check into it". If they did I'll never know because there was absolutely no follow up contact from them. I ordered on the fourth, the next thing I hear is on the 23rd. Saying it should be delivered on the 27th. Sir I guess we will see.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
