I lost a grill cover on one of my lowers late last season so decided to go with these to give me more visibility. Watching videos and reading instructions it took me just over 2 hours to install. I could easily do this under an hour next time. They light up well, look great, and hazard/turn signals change to amber and flash accordingly. Haven't got the bike out for the year yet but I'm sure they'll light the way.
Will provide me with a refund but I have to pay for shipping back from Canada which is about 1/2 the cost of the order. Can not afford to fix J &P Cycle mistakes. Their boots are sized wrong and jackets do not fit. Horrible experience. Letting all International people know not to shop here as a courtesy. I am stuck with $300 USA funds and $60 CA customs fees of junk.

This issue was resolved. Customer rep. Cody was excellent. They refunded the shipping charge to me.

All well except finding detailed information on this item was impossible to find on your site. Almost stopped me from ordering from you as I couldn't locate manufacturer's website to get the details. I finally found enough info on YouTube to order the light and onc eit arrive it included a very nice installing reference sheet that had all the info I wanted on 1 page. Please do more to allow us to see details of product, manual or installation sheet or other...Larry
Heard goods things from other riders.
Website is decent. I've used j&p alot! The order Communication was horrible. I had to take my time to go through the chat process just to find out there was a multi party shipping, which my customer assistant didn't have a clue about my shipping. I was told I'd receive an email when shipment happens. Lack of communication is not for me. I'll be parting ways with J&P.

The baffles required were not in stock, so they suggested shipping them from another store to the hotel where I was staying, ensuring delivery would be made before the end of my vacation.

The UK are introducing new sound laws for motorcycles, so quiet baffles were needed to meet the sound requirements.
I purchased 2 levers and was a little bit confused that in the first package only the brake lever was found, but a couple of days later a second package arrived with the clutch lever.
Sadly I realized in the product description of the manufacturer that I may need a small screw called brake piston pusher or something similar. This was not mentioned in your product description if I recall well. I purchased this part directly at the manufacturers online shop an got it also fast delivered.

Impressed with both products! The DOT4 brake fluid performed flawlessly, ensuring smooth braking. The Honda spray cleaner effortlessly removed dirt and left a glossy finish. Plus, the price was unbeatable compared to Amazon. Highly recommend!

Only downfall with this site is when you click on shop by vehicle. They show clickable sizes of parts for your bike next to what the part number are. However, once you click on those, it takes you to a random list of parts that you still have to go back and check the size that you already clicked on. Quite annoying. Otherwise, I've been happy with all of my purchases from this site.
They offer many different brands AND Affirm to pay over time.

OEM windshield for 1997 Hugger Sportster. Perfect fit. All holes lined up. Very happy wife. Looks great so I'm happy. Regulator for 1999 Suzuki GZ250, that baby is charging now!

Be been using J&P Cycle for many years. Most of the time happy. This order I bought a brake line for my 1989 FLH. It came in fast but when I took the old line off it was to short. Now I know working on these old bikes can be a pain so not really upset. Just wish there was a better way to dugout the parts I need.

The line I purchased showed two hoses when in fact there’s only one. That’s Okay. It’s braided stainless and that’s why I bought it.
J&P Cycles is great. Quick access to thousands of products. But don't judge them by Amazon. You can order, receive, review, return, and receive a refund for something on Amazon before you J&P order will even ship!
But Amazon doesn't have this stuff.
Stuff I needed was available from J&P that was not available from other vendors.
I knew exactly what I wanted.
It was tough to find a matching set of tires for my unique Scrambler, J&P had them in stock but they were two years old via date code, Im confident they will ride the same as newly produced ones.

Sissy bar arrived in plastic with protected padding on important parts. Install instructions had good picture diagrams and install took less than 5 minutes.

Almost always find what I need. Wish some of the descriptions were a little better but I can usually get it figured out or chat with someone. Overall buying part with J&P has been easy and reliable they've helped me keep my '86 Sportster on the road.

Needing to replace the old ones
When you try and use a device such as an IPhone with IOS, the site is limited and frustrating. You pick the vehicle you are searching parts for but when you select the parts the selected bike is erased and gives the whole parts list for every motorcycle. On the actual website the side Llosa allows you to stay within the selected bike. This doesn't exist in the IOS version. Very poorly designed platform!
Selection and shipping are great. But at checkout online I don't know how I'm supposed to put in my 15% off code when there's no place to enter a coupon code.

My experience so far has been very good. I wish they kept their merchandise on the store shelves in stock and more of a selection for indian. Will be coming back to look at new items coming out.

John Parham was bitten by the motorcycle bug early in his life. His enthusiasm led to a partnership in a small motorcycle shop from 1975 to 1979. In 1979 he and his wife, Jill, established J. Parham Enterprises, Inc., the predecessor to the present J&P Cycles, Inc. During this time, John still worked full-time and followed his "hobby" in the evening and weekends. In 1982 John was laid off from his factory job. Two years later, in 1984, their small motorcycle shop burned to the ground.
When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
