It's really great, got a Carrie Style name necklace, a little delay with delivery, but awesome text feedback with customer support and so happy with final arrival of neat little package today, will shop again, thank you.
I ordered at the beginning of the year and still have not got my order. After a email of complaint I was giving tracking number. For a month it has stayed in the same place. This is ridiculous and so disappointing
I ordered from this company on January 14th expecting a 2 week delivery time. My order was a gift for someone intended to be given in February. I didn't receive it until April. I was given several different tracking numbers for my item, each one saying that the shipping company was waiting for the package to be delivered to them. I asked for a refund only to find out that I have to wait 3 months after not receiving my item to qualify for a refund. This company is a joke. Save your time, headache, and money.
I am going to write a review about their referral program. I have not made a purchase here but I was able to get sales for them and earn commissions. The support is so awesome and the affiliate program is good. Although it needs improvements.

I ordered my necklace from the USA in November and I didn't receive it until the end of January. I was disappointed that I waited so long but, when I communicated the problem they were always polite and on top of it. Very good customer service and the necklace is awesome. I didn't give all the stars just for the delivery.

Had I read the reviews before placing an order, I wouldnt have bought anything in the first place. I got a customized necklace 2 weeks before Christmas. It took over 2 months to be delivered. I wasn't expecting to receive my package before Christmas, but when I have to repeatedly email a business because there's no tracking information, and then when I finally get a response, the tracking information isn't updated, it's a little ridiculous. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company and I won't order any more of their products.
Edit: Yes I've already received my order, so obviously I don't have any concerns.

I placed my order on January 2nd and never received it. The tracking never updated from China and eventually after 2 months it said the order was delivered even though it wasn't. I emailed several times with no response and I will be disputing the charges with my bank. Would not recommend ordering from this company.
The earrings are really cute the perfect size for my 12 year old. She really likes them. They did take a little longer than expected so she didn't have them in time for the holidays but when they were delivered I Was pleased

I must say it was well worth the wait! My bar necklace arrived today and it is absolutely beautiful! It commemorates my loved one so well! At first glance I had a tear in my eye! Had paid for express shipping via DHL costing an extra 29.99. Got my email stating order had shipped via Canada Post regular. Sent an email asking to please advise as to why shipped regular method. Never received an answer back.

I placed my order. Same day I received a call verifying it was correct. Website site suggested item may take up to 10 days to be processed and up to 10 days to be shipped. I ordered Dec 20,2018 and received my order Dec 31,2018.
