I've bought 5 times here and they all arrived In timely manner. Only one was damaged in December but I got a replacement in January. Recommended

I ordered at the beginning of the year and still have not got my order. After a email of complaint I was giving tracking number. For a month it has stayed in the same place. This is ridiculous and so disappointing

It's really great, got a Carrie Style name necklace, a little delay with delivery, but awesome text feedback with customer support and so happy with final arrival of neat little package today, will shop again, thank you.

I placed My order 3 months a go and I did not get my order. The customer service contacted me and said there will be a replacement.
I did not get a replacement. They just refunded me. Not happy

I ordered from this company on January 14th expecting a 2 week delivery time. My order was a gift for someone intended to be given in February. I didn't receive it until April. I was given several different tracking numbers for my item, each one saying that the shipping company was waiting for the package to be delivered to them. I asked for a refund only to find out that I have to wait 3 months after not receiving my item to qualify for a refund. This company is a joke. Save your time, headache, and money.

I ordered the bracelet to be written in Arabic but it came in English. It's great quality but I really wanted it in Arabic

I am going to write a review about their referral program. I have not made a purchase here but I was able to get sales for them and earn commissions. The support is so awesome and the affiliate program is good. Although it needs improvements.

The earrings are really cute the perfect size for my 12 year old. She really likes them. They did take a little longer than expected so she didn't have them in time for the holidays but when they were delivered I Was pleased

Had I read the reviews before placing an order, I wouldnt have bought anything in the first place. I got a customized necklace 2 weeks before Christmas. It took over 2 months to be delivered. I wasn't expecting to receive my package before Christmas, but when I have to repeatedly email a business because there's no tracking information, and then when I finally get a response, the tracking information isn't updated, it's a little ridiculous. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company and I won't order any more of their products.

Edit: Yes I've already received my order, so obviously I don't have any concerns.

I love Joseod. It's awesome and good quality. I live in the UK and I think orders take longer to arrive in the UK. I got mine after 3 weeks. It's awesome. Worth it

Don't ever order from here. I ordered two necklaces from this site in the beginning of November. Received ONE of them on Christmas Eve. This one was a present for my sister and it was supposed to have two names on the necklace... it arrived with only one attached to the necklace and the other other just loosely in the box. Ridiculous. The second necklace which was thankfully for myself arrived December 27 and it was fine. I now await for the replacement necklace for my sister... I'm going to assume I'll be waiting another month Don't order from here

I received mine in good condition and I am. Happy with the products. I will be back, I hope shipping will be faster

I boutht one. It took 2weeks plus to arrive mainly because of the handcrafting. But the quality is suburb. You can bath while putting it on

I must say it was well worth the wait! My bar necklace arrived today and it is absolutely beautiful! It commemorates my loved one so well! At first glance I had a tear in my eye! It is gorgeous and was very inexpensive. It doesnt look cheap and can be worn with anything! Will be shopping again! Thanks guys!
