I ordered a pair of Gucci Sunglasses on sale for Christmas and was worried that the glasses would not be authentic or that they would come in late, but I had the completely opposite experience. The sunglasses are completely authentic and arrived at my house in sturdy packaging. I love my sunglasses and can not wait to buy from Jomashop again.

I ordered a watch and truly enjoyed it. Saw it was a little big and figured I could still use it. But can't make a decision until it's of course worn. I did a 3 link adjustment. And the battery was dead to begin with. So they yes sent me a watch with a dead battery. And I thought with a dead battery and it's to big. I'd return it. They claimed my watch it's scratched and since that. No returns no exception. And with that being said. I will not be returning her for business.

I recently gotten contact by someone names Kamela and she took her time to explain everything to help reach common ground and reach a mutual understanding. I'm happy to say that they made this right. I will be further doing business with this company.

Joma is always great for window shopping with sharp prices. I've been doubting to buy a Tissot PRX for a while now.

When they finally had a great deal i took the bait and ordered it.

Checkout process is easy with prepaid tax via DHL makes to whole import to the EU a breeze.

All and all great experience would buy at Jomashop again.

The packaging was great and the delivery was fast. I try not to use too much plastic so I was a bit bothered with the extra stickers but I understand some people like it. Maybe this can be an option at check out if they want freebies like that.
