I have used Jomashop a number of times and this latest was no different than the previous. High quality products delivered on time and in perfect condition. This purchase was my largest ticket item from Jomashop and the packaging and care taken in its delivery continue to build my confidence in the purchases I make with them.
I looked everywhere online for a sale on a watch that I wanted. Unfortunately the cost prevented me from buying it. Then I found Jonathan, and was able to get it for less than half of what other stores were asking for it. They have made a repeat customer out of me!
Received product in timely manner, appeared new as described, but about a week later the watch starts stopping randomly. Have to pull/push the crown to reset. Happened a couple times. Tried to contact Joma to initiate a return, they ignored several attempts to contact them.
Probably won't be buying anything from these guys again.

I ordered ( M15W3208) a watch from Greece, I was given information in every step and for an overseas buy my watch arrived really fast! I would definately buy again and recommend them to friend! (The only problem is that if my order surpasses a certain price I could be taxed a lot but that's not jomashop's fault in any way)
I purchased a Michael Kors wristlet less than 2 months ago and has carried it about 5 times, if that, since. Low and behold I noticed the handle hanging by a thread recently, and one day it just fell off and the bag starting coming apart. I was so disappointed because I really liked the bag. Ironically, the same day I received a survey to review the product. I will not recommend this product as it is very inferior, to me. I was also disappointed with customer service as, of course, they say theres nothing they can do about it. So essentially, Im just out of my money after two months; so not happy!.
I bought this watch for my mother since she has always loved the Bulova brand but was never able to buy herself one. I thought it'd be a perfect gift and this one was similar in style to a watch I have which my mother always loved. And this model has real diamonds so I already knew this was a great watch. My Holiday gift watch to my wife had a very simple defect an issue with the band screw will come out loose. I informed Joma and send pictures and copy of the receipt. Then never heard back after multiple emails. Better off buying on a store that you can get a response if you buy an expensive piece don't expect to hear back if you have an issue
