My Sony headphones had one issue, which cost $60 to repair, they came up with 4 additional and unnecessary repairs to have a functional headset (+$185), which makes it cheaper to buy a new one. And you are required to do them all, or none. UPDATED: They proposed afterward to take off one of the repairs, but "took off" the overall promotion, going from 60 to $120 to change the power board when you only need to screw it. They are sending it back for free though, it was a waste of time but it didn't cost anything. I'll do it myself!

I've dealt with Joes on numerous occasions and i must say, the best service i have ever received. I do a lot of online activity daily but when i do business here its like service from heaven. They respond to your needs quick they help there customers 100%, very kind, honest and reliable.

It doesn't get better than Joes

I say these guys are awesome. Yes this company is no B. S. when it come down to what they do. I just got back my headphones I was happy with their work. I'm a truck driver so I need my headphones at all time. The process was easy. I Recommend these guys for repair 5 stars. I got my headphones back in a week and a 1/2. Fix ready to go. I would definitely go back to this company for my repairs.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I was very apprehensive about sending my son's beats to someone online and out of state for that matter but for the life of me I could not find anyone to fix them in my area, and apple wanted 199.99 to fix them. So I took a chance and sent them off. Let me just say the whole process took less than 2 weeks and they came back working perfect! The price they charged me to fix them was excellent! These guys are good and can be trusted! I will refer everyone I know to them from here on out

Awesome service

I had two pairs of beats headphones that were broken and a GoPro camera as well. All we're past warranty period. Joe's fixed them for such a reasonable cost and shipping is free! It was so easy to log in and report the item that needed fixing, print the label and mail it in. And then they email within a few days with the free estimate- so if it's too high of a cost you don't even have to commit to having it fixed! In all cases the fix it price was so reasonable I did it. They had it back to me within a week. I will always use Joe's for my fixit needs!

Deceiving

Charged differently than advertised. Did not except 10% off coupon that they had sent from prior purchase. Headphones were fixed, but at a cost for more than buying. Do not have your headphones fixed here!

The pricing shown on our website is actually what you paid for the service, and we did also send out a confirmation email with the total price that you confirmed with us before the repairs were completed. We never received any communications from you stating that the price was any less than satisfactory, only a confirmation that the price was good for you. After along tome of thinking about it I decided to buy the headphones once and for all. They are working perfectly although they have very poor bass quality. I have to use my phones equalizer every time. The battery lasts long but not as I expected. It connects very fast with my phone and the audio quality is not badly altered.

They repaired my beats solo 2 in about a week and returned them to me. They work perfectly now. The process was simple and quick and the company stayed in contact with me they whole time. Great prices as well. Definitely recommend!

JoesGE.com Cannot Fix Aquatic Watches
April 26, 2021

You have a Garmin watch, and you swim indoor and outdoor,
DO NOT REPAIR THE WATCH AT JoesGE.com.
I sent my Garmin watch to fix it with JoesGE.com, and it worked for 1 swim workout and then it broke again.
My sincere advice never repair anything with this CLOWN service.
Just buy yourself a new watch or device. Save time and money.
(I give JoesGE.com 1 star, because I cannot go lower than 1 star.)

The truth is that this are not the best headphones that you will get out there. That is because the headphones have a very shirt run time. Even with the volum at 40 percent, the longest paly time I can get is 4 hours. That makes me wonder just what kind of battery they used on them. This is very dissapointing.
