Item arrived too late, although promised earlier. Would not accept return or refund. Promised 10% discount because of no return. Never received. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY-poor service

I have read the reviews listed here and what happened to them ALL, happened to me. Disgusting company. 21 emails back and forth from the time I filled out the return form and still no refund. I'm hopeful my credit card dispute department can help. No fingers crossed. This is the first time I've been SCAMMED by a company with a CLEAR return policy. I ordered a custom 2 piece outfit. WAY TO SMALL and CHEAP materials. How do they sleep at night? Despicable people!

They won't accept or let me know where i can return this dress that is very unproportionate in sizing. They say it will cost me too much to return and offered me 10% for compensation not to return it. Do not patronize this company..

I ordered a 3 piece sour for my daughter's wedding and sent them all my actual measurements and the top was way too small. When I requested a refund they asked if they could send me a different top, but it was too close to my daughter's wedding date and they had a chance when I sent all the accruals, so I refused the top and asked for the return address so that I could send it back. I have sent 3 more emails requesting the info, but no response. Nothing but a rip off if the first garment doesn't fit! I will never order from them again and have told many people about my experience.
