I ordered 2 dresses for my sons wedding and was asked to only order one at a time. I cancelled one dress from my order however was charged for both. I have been trying to get this overcharge refunded for over 10 months. Now they will not even reply to my emails. This seems to be the norm for this Company.

Bought a lilac dress, supposed to be white underlined and they put a pinkish one, I paid extra so it would be perfectly sized! The lace on the dress is nothing like the pic, just really cheap. They said they will refund me 20$ When I told them I wanted to return it! The picture says a thousand words! Absolutely disgusted at this company and I bet I'll never see the 20$, so there's over 200$ in the garbage and I have no dress!

I ordered two outfits for an upcoming wedding. I was asked to have one made before the second was started. The first arrived but not in the right size even though I paid extra to have a custom fit. The company agreed to send back money for the non started second outfit. I was told it would take a few days. That was 1 and half months ago. They will now not respond to emails. Buyer beware.
Everything started cordially but now they have disappeared.

I ordered a 3 piece sour for my daughter's wedding and sent them all my actual measurements and the top was way too small. When I requested a refund they asked if they could send me a different top, but it was too close to my daughter's wedding date and they had a chance when I sent all the accruals, so I refused the top and asked for the return address so that I could send it back. I have sent 3 more emails requesting the info, but no response. Nothing but a rip off if the first garment doesn't fit! I will never order from them again and have told many people about my experience.

Ordered a dress, it was NOTHING like the picture - terrible quality, not the same colour etc.
Have been arguing with these con artists, for over a week.
First, they said they'd re-make the dress, then they tried to tell me that, it was a custom order, (it was not).
I will, in all likelihood, never get my money back, but I sure as heck hope that I can warn someone else about these low lives!
I too purchased the dress, because, I thought it was a Canadian Company.

I ordered a custom made mother of the groom dress, which doesn't fit me anywhere. When I contacted them they would only agreed to give me 20 % back. I paid $250 + for this dress, and I was so disappointed. Then when I tried to report them to the BBB I can't find an address for them. Do not order from this company. You'll be out a lot of money!

This company collected my money then indicated the shipping failed but not refunding my money. They rejected my emails all came back within 2 hours said merchant rejected it. I have contacted the better business bureau, credit card company and the Canadian anti fraud ctr. I don't recommend anyone buying from them and if you choose too good luck. The are scammers and a fraudster

I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and when it arrived it was not properly made, i tried for two weeks to get a return address and didn't get it until I called my credit company to put in a complaint. The dress was returned on March 25 and now I'm being told they didn't receive it, so needless to say I have not received my money back. In my opinion this is not a very ethical company. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a $759 dress that was 75% off so paid $213 delivered, it was nothing like the picture, looks like a piece of $10 material from China, they won't answer emails, I thought because this was a Canadian Company that guarantees 100% purchases, it would be okay to order from, so disappointed. Feel totally ripped off and out the $213 for a piece of crap that literally fell apart as we opened the unmarked, unlabelled dress with no return address? A total SCAM!

I have read the reviews listed here and what happened to them ALL, happened to me. Disgusting company. 21 emails back and forth from the time I filled out the return form and still no refund. I'm hopeful my credit card dispute department can help. No fingers crossed. This is the first time I've been SCAMMED by a company with a CLEAR return policy. I ordered a custom 2 piece outfit. WAY TO SMALL and CHEAP materials. How do they sleep at night? Despicable people!

They have a return policy on their website but they don't accept it and they offered 12% discount.
The reason that I asked for return was very poor quality not even close to the quality or photo shows on their site. It is not worth 1/4 the price that selling... DO NOT BUY

Your purchase will never look like what you think you ordered.
They will ignore your emails for returns. Say they will refund you but will make a thousand excuses as to why they have not done the refund. I been waiting for a month still have not received it. I finally just contacted Mastercard waiting to see if they can help. PS - they are also from China - not like Great Britain like the site says.

Paid $200 for a dress and they Sent a dress that looked nothing like the picture. Had to argue with customer service about refund. They send I should receive my refund and have yet to receive it and it's been 3 weeks.

I purchased a dress and it did not fit. They wanted me to take pics for review. I said that the dress too small. They wanted pics! I asked if they are wanting a pic of myself in a small dress and no response. I measured to be sure it would be a nice fit. But was far from it! Please do not order from this store!

They won't accept or let me know where i can return this dress that is very unproportionate in sizing. They say it will cost me too much to return and offered me 10% for compensation not to return it. Do not patronize this company..

Ordered from jodress.ca. I was told 8-10 business days to complete order and 3-8 days shipping. Over 1 month later and still no dress. After asking them several times about the delivery date they said it was on its way and would arrive soon. I asked for a tracking number but they wouldn't give me one. Insted they said they don't have the material for our dress and would refund our money! That was a week ago and they still have my money. I need to find another dress for our daughter and we are running out of time. Don't waste your time and money on this scam

Item arrived too late, although promised earlier. Would not accept return or refund. Promised 10% discount because of no return. Never received. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY-poor service

I fell for the beautiful pictures, cheap prices and the fact that it was supposed to be a Canadian website(. Ca). Their first offer was 10% refund, second offer was 16% and final offer so far is to keep the dress and sell it to someone who likes it. It is absolutely horrible! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! TOTAL FRAUD!

Ordered a dress in Gold came in yellow. Very poor quality in every way. They will not refund my money, told me to give the dress to charity!
