From two applications in the first couple of weeks, I have received two offers of interview. I actually don't think I will be needing another three months but I am telling everyone how great it is.
Excellent website that really provide assistance to job seekers.
Features are neat. I can't any further beyond my 1st headline without paying for a plan. But seems to be a great product.
Quck score and features seem neat. I can't gwt any further beyond my 1st headline without paying for a plan. But seems to be a great product.
Muy bueno, ayuda a reconsiderar que es lo importante que ve un empleador
The scan has been helpful and as eye opener to see where and how I may have been missing opportunities
It's unreasonable to think I'm going to add all those words to my cover letter to score higher. The cover letter would not read well and would look keyword padded. Maybe it's not Jobscan, maybe the ATS work that way?
It's not have all features that you guys are claiming plus ATs matching is inaccurate. Power edit feature is also not working.
I really like how the site tracks what is written in your resume against the job description. Very helpful!
Just getting started an so far really enjoy the service provided.
I have tow career paths and it seems jobscan does not allow for two
This is an amazing resource. Anyone looking to understand how their resume reads through the lens of the ATS and recruiters needs to try this!
Splendid, awesome and it was beyond my expectation.
This was definitely an eye opener as to what it will take to get past the AI tech being used to weed out applicants. Very straightforward to use. One thing that I feel could be an improvement is once you get your score above 80% it would help to have additional advice on things keeping your score in the 80s.
A lot of valuable information is clearly stated out here
Answer: Hi Tanisha! Jobscan recommends at least 80% for ATS to make your resume visible to the hiring manager. To boost your match rate, take a look at the missing skill and keywords (the ones denoted as red X) and see which ones are relevant to include in your resume. Focusing on including missing keywords that appear more frequently in the Hard Skills section will quickly boost your match rate. Here's a video tutorial that helps with getting your rate up - https://www.jobscan.co/video-resume-match-report. I hope this helps. Please reach out to support@jobscan.co if you have questions as you go along. Thanks!
