It was very good advice, only con was the blurring of the ATS system results. It almost erases the genuineness of the report, and may make one question the validity of the results and ask if this was purposely done in attempt to sell the premium package to the jobseeker. Maybe give a full report, the at the end offer potential solutions with the premium package being one, rather than blurring a very important part of the review.

The worst service ever! A bunch of thieves! They promised to reimburse the full amount if I canceled a PayPal claim—I did, but they didn't keep their word. I paid for a service I never used, and they still refused to refund me fully.
In regular companies, if you cancel a subscription the same day due to a mistake, they refund your money without any issues. But not here—just dishonesty and disappointment.
Unbelievable! Avoid at all costs.

When you signed up for the 14-day JobLeads Trial Membership, it came with a small fee and included information about the automatic renewal policy — which is a standard industry practice to ensure uninterrupted access to the Premium features. This policy, including the notice period for cancellation, is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions and also sent via email upon enrollment.
If the trial wasn’t canceled within that specified notice period, the subscription automatically renews for the next billing cycle. That’s likely why the charge occurred.
Here's what you can do now:
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your JobLeads account, click on your profile icon, go to “My account”, and scroll to the “JobLeads membership” section. There, you’ll find the cancellation option.
To request a refund, please reach out directly to our support team via email at community@jobleads.com. They’ll carefully review your case and assist you further.
