First of all, I couldn't believe that I got a direct email response from Don regarding a question I had during my first round of interviews.
Second, I didn't realize just how unprepared I was for previous interviews in years past. After receiving your guide to interview questions, I got three interviews and 2 offers. No joke. Your system prepared me to manage any question thrown at me. It prepared me for most, I had a few that believe it or not that were not, the point is that the interview question process forced me to think about how to properly prepare and respond to questions with answers that answered the question. I could think of several times in previous interviews where I would get off track and not answer the question asked.
