The ordering process was easy and the website is user friendly but the delivery time is slow. All the coins in this order was in mint condition. I later made 2 more orders, all the coins were again in mint condition except for one, it was a lot of tarnish on the coin. I called JMBullion and the lady informed me of the reason why, she also informed me that I could send it back for a refund. After thinking about it I decided to keep the coin due to it is difficult to find. (Engelhard Prospector silver round). All in all I enjoy doing business with JMBullion.

On a whim I ordered a 10 oz. Silver bar. Ordered around 3pm PST on Wednesday it shipped Thursday and arrived at my Post office on Saturday. It arrived sealed in it's own cover. The shipping box was well padded. I like buying the 10 oz bars as well as well as the kilogram bars. Been dealing with JM bullion for 10 years and never been disappointed or had a problem. Bought several items advertised as " our pick of mint, varied condition" they all arrived spotless and shiny in heavy plastic covers. Couldn't tell the difference from my new stock. They are a honest and reputable company to do business with.
Another perfect transaction. This was my first 1/4 oz gold eagle. Next weekend in planning on my first ever 1/2 golden eagle. That will. Complete my entire set if 2020 eagles. 1/10,1/4,1/2 and once coins. I've never used anybody but JM BULLION for my metals. I try to buy every month. The biggest issue I have is the premium. I believe in markup to stay in business. Some of these are a little on the greedy side.

Product arrived as expected and packed very well no problem with packaging or ordering but order was shipped USPS arrived late trying to decide whether I'll order again with them ordered from another company at a later time and received order three days before this one and the other order was placed later
Just one thing. Post office delivered my order and it was left in my mailbox. I thought UPS was delivering? Just worried about it getting stolen. Thanks..

JM Bullion is fast service but my only concern is the mail just leaves the package outside and with all the mail/packages being stolen I worry my silver will get stolen before I can retrieve it.
