I really like the items JM keeps in stock, customer service is good and the delivery options are good too. I like items from the Perth Mint and JM keeps a good selection.
Why 4 Stars and not 5, the coins/rounds I receive are scratched; only the Silver Rounds. I buy for the value of silver and gold, but I like to see the coins/rounds shiny and look at the art work. I don't collect them for this, but it could matter to others and does take away from my enjoyment when I receive these. That's my only issue the Gold always looks great it's just the silver this happens with.

This was my 1st time purchasing such a large and valuable item on the Internet I was very nervous. Several of my family members after seeing the quality of the silver, gold, commemorative coins, and colorized silver have decided it to order as well. I was very happy with my purchase and will continue to purchase through this company. My orders arrived within 3 days of ordering both times I have ordered. The only negative thing I would have to say is that some of the items sell out very fast so in less you frequently visit the website you will miss out. Based on comparison shopping, the prices are similar.
