Very speedy service and delivery! I have a small issue, they did not give me tracking and I won't know until UPS show up and I was not home, did left a note. Next day it came by as informed. So all is good. Please remind them for when to expect to receive. I have had ordered in past and all were good.

The coins were delivered within days and were as advertised. This was our first time buying silver so selecting a vendor was very important. JMBullion had the best deal for a mini roll. We will be buying again soon.

I am not sure why you would use USPS for shipping the most valuable metals. My shipment was a day late. Postal service sent a note on date that it was supposed to be delivered that they had a problem with the address. I received package next day, address on box was correct and legible.

Received my first order, 1/4 ounce gold eagles, and am quite happy. I used to buy from The U.S. mints and my local coin and gold shop but JM has them all beat for price and connivance.
I'll definitely be purchasing from JM again, perhaps today!

The last order a couple of weeks ago was quick to get here but I understand things are moving slower these days.
This order did take a little longer, worth waiting for. Never had a problem with the order not being the way it was supposed to be. I will continue to buy from JM.

I've been a precious metals investor for years. I have a local dealer I used for years however I started buying from online sellers more recently and JM is the best period. Fair prices, prompt delivery and great follow up.

I have placed several orders with JM Bullion and have received them all in a timely fashion and in excellent condition. They produce their products as advertised. They have a very low mark up and in a few months they will be also buy back precious metals. All there shipping is free no matter what the quantity and fully insured.

For two or three months now I've been purchasing small fractions of gold when I get paid. JM Bullion is my favorite of the four vendors I have experience with. What I need to do though is start paying with checks, to save on the premium. You know how it is, though, when you order something and want it quickly.

I have total trust in JMBullion. Processing my orders are usually done on the same day they receive my order, and delivery is usually one to two days. Then another 2 or 3 days for the postal service to deliver it to my door. The gold and/or silver is exactly as shown on their website. I couldn't ask for more.

Received order fast and accurate. However, mail carrier failed to deliver, did not come to house, just put notice in mailbox, failed deliver. Had to call post office to get delivery.
Also, sheets were folded and wrapped in bubble wrap. Some sheets started to separate. Would prefer all shipped flat and bubble wrap between layers.
Otherwise, well pleased with product.

JM Bullion is one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with via the internet. They always deliver the product as illustrated on their website, at the price they quote, and always on time. I was referred to JMBullion because they offer a military discount. While the Started Pack doesn't qualify, it is sold at Spot Price and with FREE shipping. A great way to start your silver collection. Ordering was super simple and it was shipped the next day. I'll purchase from JMBullion again.

Paid my order by ACH on 1. 21. 21, after that it was ridiculous. Payment approved. They then they cancelled do to "discrepancies".
Then I received an email to do a "Good/Service Not Received" ACH reversal request with your bank. The refund will not be initiated on our end. REFUND POLICY!? MY $#*!.
I got my money back on 2. 12. 21 I did business with JM Bullion before... will do never again.
