I purchased threw Amazon a listing, he had up 399.99$ for Oger battle on snes in box with manuals it was written clear as day, i had been looking for this game complete for a while and thought it was a fair price i wpuld jot pay more then 450 for it complete in box. But this price picture and listing was perfect. I payed on my credit card and the transaction went through. I got super excited and waited two days.
No word bit a promise it would ve shipped soon.
I waited and innthe mean time also bought another copy of the same game cart only for 170.00$ i then contacted the seller and waited another day i asked if it was authentic and not a repro, the reply was yes 100% i will send it in the next 3 days, by the way its carrlt only no box like the listing had pictured. No box no map no directions.
I said thats not what i payed 400 for this is false info on yoyr part.
He arguged with me that 400 for cart only was a price and what was promised.
I said he was bait and switching because the item had gone up in price he then cancled the order and said ok this transaction is complete.
The charge has not left my card he ghosted me and still has my money i had to call my credit company and itll take 9 days for then to sort it out. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional, do not do buisness with this guy he scamed me hard.

I see reviews all of the time that give some good businesses a bad reputation. They are from The customers the customers maybe having bad day sometimes, But not me on my flights tell you if it wasn't for JJ games I couldn't still play the games on my original xbox that I spent many times with my brother's playing together. My brothers since have past 12 years and some change later, It is exactly because of JJ games that I can reminisce about my bows while playing some of our favorite games still to this day I have to give a big thank you and I hope it's all BS And I hope you guys really are going out of business now if you'll excuse im about to buy me a few more games!

Same story as many others. I purchased 2 "good" quality ps2 controllers and one came with a huge crack and a hole in the back of it.

I sent them a photo and they refuse to help out until I print a label, purchase a mailer, and send it back. I don't have a printer, and now I'm making special trips all over town to hopefully correct an issue that should have never occurred. They should not even be selling that controller, let alone labeling it "good" condition.

They are scammers, selling bottom barrel leftover accessories for full price.

I have been using jjgames for quite a few years now. They are amazing. I hate walking into physical stores so this website has been a game changer for me. No matter what Im looking for they always seem to have it super cheap - for the times they dont have it in stock they will email you as soon as it comes in. Ive bought games, cables, game controllers, accessories etc. The shipping is always quick, they offer more than one payment option (Im a big fan of paypal) and their website is very easy to use. I have been shopping here for 5 years and I have always gotten a great product from them. They have the fastest shipping I have ever seen and their customer service is awesome. ALL of the items I have purchased here have been in great condition. Love this store.

They take photos of mint games then send you something else and make excuses if you complain... there isn't much more to it than that..

I bought a console and the description said it came with 2 controllers and the game it arrived with 1 controller and no game i emailed them like 8 times no reply called them everyday no answer the only thing i got was the answering machine i contacted paypal then they replied asap lol they refuse to send me controller and now they want me to return the console and i HAVE TO PAY shipping **** these guys

Awful service received a console which never indicated it was messed up! Plus, on top of that gave me so much problems just to get refunded. Please take my word-stay away. My refund came after a huge argument in email. No way to reach them on phone, or any other means. Just a nightmare. Trust me.

Ive ordered games from them in the past and they were good, but not recently, i just ordered Quake 3 revolution from them and it didnt work! It had no scratches on it but I noticed something, The CD is blue but it had a big black spot on it, in other words, it wont even begin to play, and they knew damn well it didn't work, DONT buy anything from them they used to be good back in the day, but not anymore.

I purchased the Signature Edition of Assassin's Creed Revelations. On the product game it stated I would be getting the original Assassin's Creed as well. When I received it, there was no AC1 on the disc as listed.

When I pointed this out, they made me jump through hoops. First I had to send an image of the disc I got. Wait several days. Then they said JJ claimed that it was DLC only and they were not responsible.

After going to Amazon.com and showing them how it was supposed to be on the disc, they offered me a refund. I do not have a printer, and did not feel I should have to pay to return due to their mistake.

I was told to go to the local library and print out the label, something I am unable to do. I am disabled and it is over 20 miles from my location.

I found this entire situation to be very sketchy and shady, as if they are falsely selling copies of Assassin's Creed Revelations, and listing it as the Signature Edition.
