Same story as many others. I purchased 2 "good" quality ps2 controllers and one came with a huge crack and a hole in the back of it.
I sent them a photo and they refuse to help out until I print a label, purchase a mailer, and send it back. I don't have a printer, and now I'm making special trips all over town to hopefully correct an issue that should have never occurred. They should not even be selling that controller, let alone labeling it "good" condition.
They are scammers, selling bottom barrel leftover accessories for full price.
