PLEASE do away with the chat bot and go to a live customer service representative that is available with out days of waiting for a response. After 3+ days, I finally received a call and my problem was resolved. The shirts arrived within time for our event and they all looked great. Great quality and great printing. They were even individually folded!

Lately my orders have been taking longer. Literally says order by noon to get next day. I get 2-3 days later. Not happy DTF added upcharges $1.50 per item. Greed! Also lately my prints don't match what I see on the screen. Don't know what's going on with Jiffy. Long time customer and very irritating and disappointed.

Regarding the new upcharges on DTF prints, I understand how that feels like a sudden change. When we were testing out the enhanced features, we offered them at no cost so we could see how they performed. That transition from free to paid could've been communicated better, and I'm sorry for the confusion and frustration it caused.
