Lately my orders have been taking longer. Literally says order by noon to get next day. I get 2-3 days later. Not happy DTF added upcharges $1.50 per item. Greed! Also lately my prints don't match what I see on the screen. Don't know what's going on with Jiffy. Long time customer and very irritating and disappointed.

Designing my own gang sheet was super easy with the jiffy website. The DTF are top quality and perfect! Super fast delivery, got them in 24 hours - but I do live in the same state as the company. Will def design and order more!
I have order 2-3 times a year and never had an issue until this order (since this order I have order 3 more times and still have issues). The sizing was way off and errors in printing. Normally I would get an email back with questions but nothing.

My $1600 order was delivered to the wrong address and Jiffy has yet to reply to my emails, messages, as well as multiple cases that have been sent.
The merchandise is always exactly as expected. The order has never been wrong. The quick turn-around between placing the order and receiving it is amazing. I've been a customer for over a decade and will never shop anywhere else. (I order thick, 100% cotton t shirts to tie dye as end-of-the-year celebration with my students.)
This was my first experience with DTF. Setting up my gang sheet seemed easy but since it was my first time & not sure I did it correctly I wanted to talk to someone before pulling the trigger. The customer service does disappoint me as there is no phone to call & talk to someone & the chat is a robot & does not send you to anyone, it just tells you to leave your info & they will have someone contact you. So 24 hrs later you get a response, you ask another question & it's another 24 hrs. To me that is not great customer service & was very frustrating. But I did absolutely love my DTF & will definitely be doing more of it.
