I was able to upload my images on a Sunday and got all DTF Transfers and UV DTF stickers I needed for a cruise that same week! Literally received them Tuesday! Saved the day when the other company I went thru totally messed up my order!

I needed some DTF transfers for some tote bags I was going to launch at an art show, I was really excited but the transfers kept getting delayed in transit and when I finally did receive them, two days before the event, I received someone else's order. I did contact customer service and they did send me the transfers which I really appreciated, but unfortunately, they came when I was already out of town. I had to go to a local print shop to get them, so I asked Jiffy for a partial refund and they gave me the full refund and their sincerest apologies. I really appreciate their timely responses and how attentive they were to my situation and making things right. I just placed an order for shirt blanks so I'm still using Jiffy after that ordeal. Thanks again, Jiffy team!

UPS returned my order because they couldn't deliver to a P. O. Box. Instead of sending what I wanted to my physical address my order was returned and refunded at least. I'm still very unhappy with how all of it was handled and I never talked to a human which would have been nice. All I wanted was my merchandise and that would have been easy for jiffey to send but they never did.
